Herewith an energetic little ditty.
I wrote this whilst on vacation in the Maluti mountains. I went on trail runs and loved the freeing feeling of being connected to nature and being able to breathe.
The tune itself echoes the the stages…a steady ascent…the plateau…and the descent.
I hope you enjoy.
