untrue hypothesis based on some dudes opinion on the website 'Song Meanings'. the author of the comment referred to a supposed interiview of Gord regarding the album 'Fully Completely' mentioning that there is a song about Quebec on the album. That song is clearly 'Looking for a Place to Happen' which is about Cartier's exploration, and arrival in what is now known as Quebec, Canada. upon incorrectly assuming that 'Pigeon Camera' was the song referring to quebec the author came up with a bunch of non-sensical bias confirming tripe.
