Thanks for posting this soundboard of the The Tragically Hip live from Glastonbury 1994. I when with my brother Phill and his mate Ian and girlfriends very good gig and a wonderful weekend of live music. Nice One from South London.
Very well sang and played. Moved to Canada in 1990. Instant HIP & LEAFS fan. First time live 1991-, last time 2008 Manchester. Thanks for posting.

Had to look at the stats on setlist fm. This was the first time since 91 it was played, and the last time ever played. Of course, setlist fm is to be taken with a large grain of salt. heheh

Tried to paste a phone pic into here but no luck. Stats say I'll Believe in You was played 23 times- once as an encore and 5 timea as an opener. From july 88 to july 94. Love the Hipbase book!
Is this all from Glastonbury? Unclear what "elsewhere" means. Elsewhere in England? Which tracks are from Glastonbury and which aren't? What does SBD mean?

Only the first six songs are from Glastonbury. The rest I believe are mostly from Germany and The Netherlands. This bootleg was put out in the mid 90s...one of my first SBD Tragically Hip bootlegs. SBD is short for soundboard recording. It means someone was able to plug their tape recorder directly into the bands soundboard, at the show. They generally sound much better, with much less crowd noise than the standard taper out in the audience.
