Approaching Taipei in an intensifying electrical storm in 1998, China Airlines Flight 676 stalls, falls out of the sky, and onto a busy roadway. It was the worst aviation disaster in Taiwan at the time. Investigators discover the crash was caused by 11 unexplained seconds when neither pilot took control of the plane, leading them to further investigate the relationship between the captain and first officer.
