Those shut-offs for the water aren’t little things. Without them you are shutting down the whole RV water system in order to repair. This on every outlet is amazing. Beautiful floor plan and it looks to be well built. Good review but Mike I would prefer you and Susan do it for us. Cheers!!!

That bench/ottoman at the dining table is brilliant. Also the vents in the toe kick rather than the floor. Great ideas.

Except this model (or any of the Avenues) does not have a pull-out fireplace. The picture he spliced in is from a Paradigm fireplace. The pull-out fireplace and the flip-top dresser in the bedroom (on bed slide models) are Paradigm exclusive features.

There are many very nice features about this 5er (light cabinetry, stove/oven centered in countertop, off-the-floor heating ducts, etc.), however the exterior still has decades-old "swirls" and the interior is basically a "stock" 5er floorplan. A new innovative interior layout to complement the exciting new features is the only thing missing . JMHO

no bathroom tour; no main closet tour; no washer/dryer section. i prefer the main bed slider, that way you get the whole front nose for a closet and washer/dryer section; much better.

I would suggest that when a dealer orders parts for your RV that the customer automatically gets a email for tracking that part. A lot f customers are in the dark when it comes to waiting on that part nit knowing if its going to be one week or one month.

With a unloaded camper pin weight of 1800 lbs most 3/4 tons would be close to or at their limits for load capacity. A 1 ton will run you about $3K more and keep the insurance company happy if the worst happens.

wow, first RV i didn't keep telling myself I would need to repaint. I wish that sliding door connecting the bathroom and bedroom would go all the way flush to the wall so there were no aps above. I don't think that would be helpful in keeping someone who is in the bedroom from smelling what's happening in the bathroom.
