My practice motto. MELLIUS OPTIME. (Natural Medicine Practice), Even after over 30 years I am still learning, developing, innovating all the time. Learn from the best. So to avoid the same mistakes they made. Then seek to improve on them. The best is never best for long. Remember there is always room for improvement. Even if its a tiny amount. There is always someone better. If you meet them learn from them. Over time these tiny improvements accumulate. This is how world records are broken and made. A fraction of a second at a time. As Bruce Lee. says in a similar way. Accept what works and reject what doesn't. The philosophy can be applied to many areas of work, life, practice, sports, martial arts, The important think to note. Is once you have made an improvement, tested that it works. Is to see how can I make it even better and so on. Not looking to challenge others, but yourself. This will help you constantly evolve, develop your and enhance your skills. It is not just the physical, emotional but spiritual development too. It takes time.

@pauljohnson6019 I agree with all of this! A guy who can break a rock with his hand really can't be easy to have an attack contained. The problem is that to break the opponent, he needs to hit him, and Tyson, as one of the best in his field, was an excellent dodger and had a massive fist. I know Oyama was very strong and resilient, but I don't know how well he would do in the event of a confrontation with Tyson. It's really a case of dreaming about this fight, I've seen occasions where a weaker fighter was "lucky" and beat a superior opponent, anything is possible in a fight, which makes martial arts such an incredible world. If you want to know more about Iron Mike, here is the video I posted about him a few days ago: kzread.info/dash/bejne/hmuhvLpup5q_YtY.html
