Peggy Izzy false. Other storms can produce tornadoes, but yes, the siren wouldn't go off that far in advance. It would probably go off when the tornado hit the ground.

Angelo Pabustan Tornadoes can be reddish to brownish depending on the soil and debris it picks up or how light reflects through it. if it's blueish more than grey it picked up water

Not all tornadoes are grey. They could be brown or black. I'm guessing this one is brown because it sucked up dirt from the ground.
