Nice options 👍 thanks for sharing. My top contemporary choice is the Coach Cassie 19. It has a lovely chain, crossbody strap and a top handle. The pebbled leather is quite good. Canvas is also nice. It fits quite a lot and for under $300 US it is amazing.

My personal limit on the size of bags for crossbody is up to 8 inch or smaller. Too big it gets heavy and bulky. My fav is palmspring mini! ❤ Perfect for holidays. I love Chanel woc too it's so so convenient

Ohhh I love this video. Would have to agree on most of them. I love my side trunk and use it nearly daily. But the one bag I can’t use is the speedy 25 - I am petite and it just is too big as a crossbody bag for me. And then the speedy 20 is too small. But I recently bought the Alma BB and it is a fab crossbody bag. For me any way. Sits so well and fits way more than you can think. Yes I understand not everyone likes the Alma and honestly that was me for years. I am now sorry I didn’t buy one sooner I love it that much.

Love this! I like a larger cross body so the 25 suits me fine. I need to try the 20 properly but I feel like I would like it. I love the Alma BB but when I tried it on it felt a little clunky on me. I need to try it again x

Hello Deb, first and foremost happy belated birthday Xmas and wishing you already a fantastic and successful year 2024! My all time favorite has to be the LV side trunk bag. I am not one to be easily influenced, but when I saw you unboxing it and reviewing it afterwards, I had to have it. It took me 5 to 6 solid months to hunt it and scored it online. Best decision of 2023 when it comes to Luxury shopping.

I am currently thinking about my wishlist for 2024 and considering the Miss Dior mini as WOC or the Gucci Dionysus WOC and I really like the Saint Laurent Niki baby in Lambskin, think it might be a practical bag as I have a 5 y/o (casual enough but feels luxurious). My list is long but I need to be realistic 🤪. Did you ever try the Miss Dior WOC?

How do you protect the VVN/Vachetta leather on your speedy? Do you apply a leather stain spray on it for example?

I don’t think it is at the moment. There are other versions available but not the black. X

My unpopular luxury opinion is I don’t think the speedy b works as a crossbody. It’s quite wide and feels too bulky, even the 25. I don’t like the strap in 3 parts and I think it looks messy and it’s very narrow so digs in. It works best for me as a handheld with an on the shoulder option when required. At my height, the 30 looked better than the 25 and the 30 definitely doesn’t work cross body. It’s a big bag. I bought a slightly wider vachetta strap which is more in proportion.

I love the 25 but for crossbody the canvas works better for me as it stays slouchy. I like a larger cross body but I understand not everyone does. X
