R9 , Henry, Batistuta, RVN, Crespo, Inzaghi, Raul, Kulivert, Romario, Bergkamp, del Piero, Shevchenko, Vieri, Weah , etc man football in 90s and early 00s was something else. All these strikers played in UCL each season against one another, that was totally different football atmosphere. Modern day kids won't understand that. They see Haaland and mbappe in UCL on Tuesday and they think they have seen the football pinnacle...lol

Batistuta is by far my favourite striker of all time, probably the most complete. Left foot right foot, headers, free kicks shot power, acceleration over the first 10 15 metres was crazy. Mbappe and Halaand are boring players no offence. The Fifa kids rate these players only. Van persie was better than them both technically. But world class alone doesn't mean a player can be in all time list automatically. John Terry was world class but he can't be in top 5 defenders of all time when you have Maldini, Backenbuer, Baresi, Cannovaro etc all these names....

The Eto'o disrespect is egregious. And nobody mentioned him at Mallorca as well. After leaving from real madrid. If I could remember it was his very first season with them. The disrespect is really real. Tons is the re football brain for even mentioning him. Not only was he the best African players but he was the best in world.

As Great he was , to say it's disrespect to him when 'top 5 of all time ' discussion is happening , is just silly. Whoever understands football and saw eto play can't not admire or like him. He was a true great of the game. Definitely the best African player ever along side George yeah. No one else comes close imo. But when top 5 of all time is the topic, u need to understand the names you are trying to replace him with. R9, King TH, Van Basten, Romario, Suarez, Batistuta.? Come on now. There's no disrespect at all. It's like saying why you don't mention John Terry and tony Adams in top 4 defenders of all time. R9 and Suarez for me are top 2 and where you have them would probably be decided by your era

Even though my suggestion of strikers may not warrant a top 5-6 list of all time strikers list, these are my suggestions; Drogba, Eto'o, romario, George weah, Alan Shearer, Aguero, Gerd Muller

Naah grizz made a howler. And i have to be honest i expected it the least from himXD Henry is second behind r9. even though henry is my favorite player. I think R9 is the second most gifted player to ever play this game behind messi.
