Another great video. Your designs are amazing. Since you asked, I have a video request. I would like to see an in-depth look at designing a harlequin floor. We will be installing one next year in a galley kitchen and small butler's pantry. How do you determine what size tile to use? There must be some rules of scale. What about materials? Marble, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, Lineoleum? I'm intrigued by linoleum because it is an all natural material and softer underfoot than tile or stone. Colors - Black and white or shades of gray or cream?

I would love to see how to make small spaces (bathrooms, kitchens, closets,etc) elegant-to include a small backyard. In addition, where to buy pieces. Lastly, you are elegantly charming and creative 🙏

I love your style and then to find our you're a fellow virgo makes so much sense 😆 I totally get it.

Would love to see a video on trends in moulding/ wainscoting/ paneling …..perhaps get your take on it?
