I love you two guys! i paid a visit to Paris from Ireland for 3 days. It was fantastic and on the final day as i was sitting outside a cafe, who did i spot across the road on two scooters 🛴🛴waiting for the lights to change was 'Les Frenchies' i waited for you to pass so i could shout hello! 🤪 but a truck blocked my view of you 😪 I was still so excited to see you both. I love watching you. Keep up the good work guys. You do Paris proud! ❤

I agree, except for the frog thing. Besides the restaurant showcased in the video, I've never came across any other place serving frogs. The oignon soup also became a tourist attraction. Very few people still cook/eat it.

I love the food and pastries in Dijon, the city has most of the gourmand restaurants in one location, at least it did before COVID. We have not been back since. Hope one day to join you in France, but no in Paris. Maybe you visit Dijon and do a show, if yes please check if the main church has been refurbished? Most of these look dangerously delicious. My goal in life is to visit Paris, but it may be dangerous to my health ( I am getting my third heart stint in a few weeks). However frog legs and escargot are off of my menu, merci but non! You could dip an old Michelin in garlic and butter sauce and it would be delicious. The foie gras and pates are off my list too. I am a Pennsylvania German and scrapple, souse and the the other common local PA pates are also off my menu. My son and wife would love to visit the fondu shop, and that chocolate delight is fabulous. I once lived near Hershey PA and the aroma from the chocolate factory was marvelous. Variety, seeing different people, cultures and new experiences are what we travel for and the other 8 recommendations are just waiting to be tried. … as long as I bring my meds, I may invite my cardiologist. Bon appetite! Hope to see Paris soon.

Yes, if you have high cholesterol like I do, you avoid fatty meats and cheeses. I did have onion soup - it was spectacular! and plenty of croissants when I was in Paris, but we did walk alot so hopefully burned some off. I don't drink, my son tried wine for the first time and didn't like it. But we'll take ALL the pastries

In an old movie: "Anatomy of a Murder", James Steward, who plays a lawyer, has a discussion with a judge about a hook that he is making to catch frogs to prepare the best frog legs he has ever eaten. The movie dates back to the fifties, so it seems that frog legs were also a staple of American cuisine back then. Their flesh is very subtle and very light, almost tasteless hence the heavy garlic sauce that comes with it.

You two are way more engaging and informative than certain other food vlog presenters who seem to rely more on their 'aesthetic' qualities than having a personality. (Hope this compliment doesn't sound backhanded!)

I love escargot and all Parisean foods. French cooking is the mother of all cuisine and preparations. Love all of these foods and am very happy to have any one of them anytime. 🥂👍🙏

"Parisian" food is in fact a whole country medley. Try specialties in their own regions. You will way more amazed

Great channel. Love your vids guys. The Fois Gras is the only one i would have a problem with. Because Goose are force fed to produce the fat too make it. According to French law, foie gras is defined as the liver of a duck or goose fattened by gavage. There force fed! :D

Are all the savory crepes made from buckwheat? So far, the videos I have seen, the sweet crepes are white, the savories are buckwheat. I can’t wait to go back to Paris and try all the places and restaurants y’all recommend! Thank you so much!❤

Yes, that's typical. And for people with gluten issues, you can ask restaurants to make sweet crepes with buckwheat. That's not a problem.
