i like this in-depth analysis style after a patch cause there is just so much to talk about. also when you have a guest it's just logical that you have more air time. with the changes to the token shop I would also love to see in depth guides for P4 cards since they are now the only reasonable thing to spend tokens on.

So I'm only about 15 minutes in the video and I had a thought about a certain car that I think needs a buff. I'm not sure if you touched on this card yet in the video but the hulkbuster. Attaching the hulkbuster to any 1 cost card should protect them from kilmwanger in my opinion. Thoughts?

alex you hit the nail on the head with shang chi being the best card in the game. With everything else changing shang chi is the answer to shuri and the fact that this exists is a clear contender that shuri players or any player can lose to this one card.

You know what's funny, this whole time I thought I owned magneto, only for me to realize I just keep getting him in the Fury 6 drops. Shocked the hell outta me lmao

I’m at the part where you’re talking about Galactus. I’m maining Spectrum Destroyer at the moment and my favorite counter is Professor X. Galactus has 2 power and Professor X has 3. If I see Electro or Wave and an empty lane, I play Professor X and have won several games from that alone.

Honestly Sandman ramp feels so good in the meta right now. It gives Aero a deck to call home. Getting sandman down on 4, then doctor doom on 5 and Aero wins turn 6 just like the good old days.

Loved the video! I think having a guest added a lot. Would be really cool if you had one every week, maybe alternate who's side of the podcast gets the guest each time. Repeats are totally fine. Some other Snap players that I watch that I think would bring interesting viewpoints to your stream include Bynx, TLSG, and Hoogland.

Great episode. Always here for the discussion. Also like introducing me to KM Best. Hulk needs a buff. Not sure if he still is, but at one point he was the barometer of strength in the MU.

Dark hawk is the card I'm gunning for at the moment. Nearly pool 3 complete and the only pool 3 card I am sort of interested in is mysterio. Of all the cards left Dark Hawk seems to be in the more fun decks, such as hooglands bounce.

Man since the token raise from leveling up i already saved 800 tokens with thanos pinned in the shop....pretty excited about that tbh...waiting for zabu or silver surfer for my free pool 3 card...I'm a casual player so I'm not to into competitive play, i play just for fun so alot of the changes really don't hit me to hard...great game though....btw it's the first card game i played and that's because of this channel....best snap KZreadr imo....the vids and energy are top notch

agree with KM's pick of Valk! Pulled her a while ago, wrote her off as bad first but when I gave her a chance and build around her, she wins so many cubes. people don't expect to loose some lanes. valk will get the job done!

What's your deck list. Valk is buffed now that aero is nerfed

Also the tier 3 token shop doesn't tell you it rotates every 8 hours. I was tier 3 complete, but it spawned for me with the new card drop, I got one in a chest, I had Orca at the drop, I grabbed Attuma as my option from the shop, then I got M'Baku in one of the chests I opened.

I enjoy watching more than playing Snap currently 😅 thanks for always great content and conversation!! Currently at 92 and idk if I can make it. I think I’m sick of Sunspot into Lizard more than anything. In every deck, incredible tempo. Annoying.

Personal favorite play is Dracula. He's so agile and flexible. Sometimes it bites me in the ass but more often than not I'm winning lanes and games because the power he copies can't be guessed.

Great episode! In terms of quinjet and the comment about future design... I think everyone understands and is fine with this take of nerfing before it's a problem later... but they didn't buff anything else in B/C/F tier cards! And this card wasn't a problem outside Thanos. They need better balance in the current game and not just the future game in 2 months

Aero works in the 2 decks it was already good in Deathwave and sandman. It however isnt an auto include which is perfect

I just bought a Maria Hill variant for 1200 gold in the shop the day before the quinjet nerf 😭 It was a bit sad as a free to play warrior, I loved my devil dino coulson deck with her in it. Besides Maria though the deck is still ok.

I know everyone hates him, but shadow king can completely counter Shuri as well right? Him and Valkyrie both revert her effects

Regarding Shuri: How about making it "The next card you play gets 150% of its power (rounded up or down)"

Correct me if I am wrong but in the past in SNAP if you picked up a Variant of a card you didn't have you would get the base card correct? I just noticed yesterday when I got Steampunk Yellowjacket and Flacon I didn't get their base cards.

Not sure about the beta, but after the official release, no. Both Nick Fury and winter variant rush event gave me variants for which I didn't have the base cards, only got them lately.

Make Shuri cost 5 - problem solved. you can still use her as she currently is, but now you have to commit more w/ a weak psylocke play or electro / wave limitations.

47:00 During the Shang Chi discussion, does Shang Chi need tweaking at all? Part of what makes him so powerful is the prevalence of big threats, and not just those created by Shuri. Decks that can go wide without going too tall too fast don't have the Shang Chi fear, though the meta currently does not favor those.

Can you post your Rocks and Hawks deck? I just pulled DarkHawk and I'm curious to see your build!

Fun combo I just learned is Daredevil Teenage Warhead, completely shutdown a Shuri player

I gotta say, my ONLY problem playing against Dracula is that it can't be countered by most of the deck. On a turn 6, knowing it's going to pull SOMETHING, your only play is something like a Master Mold to throw cards into the opponent's hand. But it's a solid top play card in my own hand!

You said you took out armor from good card deck. What did you replace it with ?

I cant tell you how many times Ive played Leech and got Infinaut dropped on me out of nowhere. Or they draw Shangchi or Killmonger on 6 when I play Leech early. I took him out of my deck and have been winning way more games... and I feel better.

Dracula is great, there are only a couple of counters can think of which are maximus and master mold

What exactly does maximus do? I just look at him as a nice 3 cost 7 power card. Sometimes I shuri him if my others don't pop up. Then task master

A random KMBest appears. Cozy uses master ball! It’s super effective!

To nerf shuri while still keeping her ability they can do 2 things, 1: they give her the majik treatment like for example, you can't play this card before turn 4 2: as someone else posted, limit it to where she can't buff cards with more than 8 power.

Do you think Leech could work like Wave and effect both players?

The problem with Leech isn't Leech, it's Lockjaw allowing you to play him early and sometimes even play him multiple times, or play him and cycle him away so you get the strong effect but you aren't stuck with his downside of low power. It's amazing that people don't see the biggest problem with the Thanos/Leech/Lockjaw list was Lockjaw enabling everything about it. Make Lockjaw not trigger the on reveals of the cards he pulls and most of his problems are solved. It still allows the high power casino roll deck but nerfs the actual problem with the card

How’s this for Leach. Make him a 3/3 but delay his effect by one turn, like Storm.

Nobody will read this but make shuri’s effect x1.5 power instead of x2. Still powerful but limits the ott power spike with wong/kamar-taj: instead of x4 you get x2.25, go another double up further and instead of x8 its x3.375. As long as we round up on the decimals, id be v happy with this change.

Nah, the best nerf to her would be to make her work like Hawkeye/Rescue she doubles power of the next card played on this lane, with this nerf they can't hide their Red Skull behind cosmo anymore and you can beat them easly

Any of these ideas would have been better than what they did, or in addition to what they did. The Red Skull buff isn't bad

Jubilee and Adam Warlock are both deck thinners, too, right? I think another anti-Cosmo card could be an Ongoing card with something like “Disable all other Ongoing abilities at this location”. It might need to be high-cost, though. Besides hard countering Cosmo, imagine that in a Sauron-like deck!

I don't think Shang Chis power has ever had an effect on me winning or losing a game (maybe 1 or 2 where I was in an odd position where I tempo'ed him out (again for some odd reason) or played him on turn 6 in a closely contested lane where a little power made a difference. But 99% of the time Shang could have been 0 power and I still would have won the game. Anyways great episode as always and this episode was nice and long which i prefer. Great guest as well, big fan of KMBest and again the content is top tier as usual

What if Leech reduced cost of cards in hand by 1 or possible 2 as well?
