Has anyone tried these things before? I sure as hell would never give this much sugar to a kid, though, all at one time...my word! Could you imagine the dentist bill, after just one of these "treats"?!? Some of the techniques are interesting, just applied weird. Who just sits around thinking of these things? I guess candy/ bakery shops, idk. To each his/her/their own, I guess...😅

If your child knows proper dental hygiene..."after just one of these 'treats'" you should not have a bill at all. 🤷🏼‍♀️ My dentist hands out free ice cream coupons and starbucks giftcards. And also candy in office.

Some of these ideas I'm thinking, I'msure there's a better way to do this . For instance, the Kisses dessert . I would've filled the chocolate hood with maybe a dark chocolate mousse . And for the watermelon cake, I would've cut the rind off at least . Matter of fact, I wouldn't have even put something as wet as a fresh slice of watermelon under cake . Makes it soggy, I would think .

I love watching ChefsClub videos. They are so interesting to see the different food ideas they put out. Most of which I wouldn't even attempt, since they tend to be a bit complex. But it's fun to dream.

Thank you! Someone understands! I mentioned on one other video that they didn't make marshmallow, it was taffy. Marshmallow is made from boiling sugar or corn syrup, some people use egg whites as well. I don't because I want the marshmallows to have a good shelf life. Thanks again for pointing it out.🎉

Candy balloon was great. Can't say anything good about the cake presentation. Sitting on a slice of watermelon??? Sloppy whipped cream on top? I've never seen candy balloons upside down on a cake, nor have I seen such a huge one. Usually the open part is up so you can fill it with something. Very underwhelming over all.

No real food waste. The extra cake that's cut off usually is used for cake pops or triffles or even a crumble topping for another dessert. Extra Chocolate that drips off can be used over and over.
