I don't think fillers are for big noses. If you have a small nose, you can make it look nicer with some filler. However if the nose is big for the face, making it even bigger but straight won't make most people happy.

I've heard from a dermal filler doctor, filler should not be put in the tip. Bc depending on the weight of of the filler it typically 'drops' with gravity, then you ate left with a bigger issue.

I honestly feel like the chin is now projecting too much and is too pointed now. She had great projection of her chin to begin with if you look at her before profile and I don’t feel the nose was feminized at all, the opposite actually. What doesnt make sense to me is when he is measuring the height of her face when he gets to the lower third he shows how her jaw is a little bit shorter than a perfect one third and his solution is to bring it forward more?? How does bringing her chin forward help with that?

I had my nose done 6 years ago and It doesn't turned out the way how I wanted its a bit wide its also possible to add filler? My surgeon he told me he want to re construct my nose again but I don't like.

Nose surgery is a massive thing .,, that first week is mentally and physically draining.. I'm 3 weeks PO and need more bloody work because he has done absolutely nothing what I asked and paid for

In a few years she’ll look at pictures of herself and realize that she was gorgeous during the time that she was feeling insecure about her looks.
