@Carcantos Cartinho Everything you know and didn't know were made by a supreme LORD to him sages call by different names. And there is a good reason behind everything even the whole creation. Only fools say why this happend why not this, this supposed to be this, everything that happened before was a lesson for those who to come and for them. Other wise if everything was perfect there is no need for living good or we suffer from in this world. So look for the truth as you seek. May you find..🙏😔

  • @HaharuRecords

@Carcantos Cartinho Absolutely not. That is why he sent his messengers (teachers, giuided ones), people corrupt through time and don't do justice among others. If you read the scriptures around the world no matter what you will see only one clear message. But still people through ignorance do and think what they think and right and wrong they decide by themselves, and they don't even know the outcome of what they do untill they at least realise something wrong happened. O my friend, it is those curropted people who made the idols and bow down to them. Don't think what just people do is right even our enceators but remember what buddha said about this says : " Gautama offered the answer on one of his many journeys: “Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. ... Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations". But seek it for a pure heart, you shall find it.

The 90% of the universe is dark energy. So how could even you know what was in there but for those who look beyond at least found it exists. Lets not talk about black holes.

The quote in itself is incomplete. It's a false quote if you don't include, "that person is not here anymore". When the man returns with remorse in his heart, then we can take the first part of the quote, because then he's a changed man. If he did not apologize or the Buddha sees an insincere apology, his reply would be to non-the less forgive him, because he's the same individual as the other day. But since, his grief stricken night cause a change of heart, and came back with remorse which is a sign of enlightment and growth, he is not the same person.

Cameron..It goes deeper. Meaning to say a person who realised his mistake and own up to it is no longer the same man as before. He has to learn to forgive himself for past mistakes and that's when 1 truly moves on and will do good in future. Buddha is teaching him all that with 1 sentance. Thus the "I cannot excuse you because the person is not here anymore". Besides he has punished himself with the overnight with his own guilt. Still he has come around to do right thing. And the saying "true forgiveness are unspoken" he has transcend. It's teachings comes in stages.. goes deeper.

This is the first-time religion of any kind annihilated me with one of their lessons. I was completely annihilated, the old me is gone, and I'm very serious. I had a recent confrontation with my father. As a child, my father was absent a lot of time and put my mother through mental hell. I never spoke up about how he made me feel until recently as an adult, there was this PURE unchecked rage in my voice as I told him what I needed to say. I released all of it. I was already forgiving him before I saw this, but now, I feel empowered that the forgiveness in my heart will heal all the scars left behind, without me needing anything other than my own will to overcome my past.

I remember a story from my childhood. There once lived a woman with her 5 year old child somewhere in South India. The child had the habit of eating a lot of sweet items (like cane, jaggery, etc). So, one day a Shivacharya (devotee of Lord Shiva, an ascetic) passed by their street. You see, these Shivacharyas were wandering hermits, valued for their wisdom. They won't stay in one place for more than a month so as not to build any attachment to the people and environment. The mother of that child approached the ascetic and asked about a way to stop her child from eating sweets. The ascetic asked the woman along with her child to meet him under a Bael tree (Aegle marmelos) at the end of the street after 3 days. After the completion of the third day, the mother along with her child went up to the ascetic and asked for a solution. The ascetic pondered for a few seconds and asked the mother and the child to come after 3 more days. This happened two more times. Then finally, on the 13th day the mother along with her child approached the ascetic for a solution. The ascetic turned towards the child and advised him thus, "My dear boy! Please avoid eating a lot of sweetened foods". The mother was furious. She yelled at the ascetic saying, "You made us to come to you for four times just to say this!!! I would've told it to him myself. What kind of wise man are you?". The ascetic smiled at the mother and replied her with folded hands saying, "Forgive me mother. I was practising myself to avoid sweets. It took me 12 days to avoid it. Now I'm in a position to advise anyone to avoid eating sweets.". Then the ascetic calmly got up and continued his journey.

@ D Well, unfortunately, the traditions of Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism have been turned into religions. I am quite sure that they should not be called religions, coz a whole lot of knowledge in these traditions is non religious and purely philosophical, something that is still attributed, more or less, to ancient Greece. Well, the thing is, a whole lot of history has not seen the spotlight becoz the contributions of the east, particularly India, in the field of philosophy and rationality, have been ignored. I keep doing lay man level research every once in a while and it is really sad for me to see how much we all have been lied to or just not been exposed to.

In fact, some parts of Buddhist Philosophy are Psychological in Nature. Why ? Coz Buddha was a Psychologist ! Anyway, my Point is that you do NOT need to be Religious or Spiritual to Follow Buddha's Core Teachings. He was a Remarkable Human Being, whose Goal in Life was to End the Mental Suffering of Others. So why should we not follow him ? His Teachings have the Ability to Transform Mankind, by Ending Conflict, Violence, Hatred and so on. You are on the Right Track, Brother ! In fact, there is an Amazing KZread Channel called 'Doug's Dharma'. It's Probably the Best Channel on Buddha and his Original Teachings. Warning this is not for sensitive people, If this bothers you, then you should feel glad it does, because it means that your heart is right. In 2010 there were 4 rapists that broke into a family's home, and they tied and spilled coffe on the kids and the parents, they took the oldest kid who was an 20 yearold woman and raped her for 3 hours before authorities arrived. The rapists were not caught, they managed to escape. So shut the fuck up. There is no god. There is no karma. Only the strong thrive and strong should kill the evil and corruption in this world. If I had super powers, I would be a brutal person, because of how much I value peace and order. I feel again the need to remind you blind idiots to shut up. Shut the fuck up. Just shut up. How you live and take actions in life is your karma. And in that, would ultimately affect your life in either a positive or negative way. It can either bring you happiness or it can bring you misery. In this case you seem to have chosen to hate. Youve metaphorically been bit by a vampire. The people you hate are cruel and now have influenced you to becoming cruel. Youve taken on their karma. Only a cruel person are capable of rape. Only a miserable person are capable of being cruel. Now let me ask you, are you happy? Forgiveness is a method in which you can reform your Karma. To relinquish the burden that are weighing you down and holding you back from living a happy life. Karma is real. You cant do evil and expect to live a happy life. You can pretend that you are to others, but deep down you will always know the truth.

In that story, Buddha replied to the confessing man that if nobody responds to your anger then your anger only stays within you and cannot hurt the other person's feeling - in this case, Buddha's. We might not have control over others' emotions but we certainly do have ours'. Eventually, Buddha said you shouldn't ask for forgiveness because I didn't take it as an insult but some of my students were furious thereby your excuse might better serve for them. That is the moral of the story.

@PussyCat What you are describing does not seem to be a description of "emotion", because there are spiritual things that included emotion and lead to God, but they're not emotions like the flesh. According to the Bible, it's a description of *the flesh,* the physical body, the nature in which sin resides. Your desire to disconnect from your emotions actually seems to be a desire to live this life by walking in the spirit and not being ruled by The flesh. This is because the spirit has emotions as well, but they are pure and holy. Love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, meekness, faith, and self-control are all from the Spirit of God who dwells within the follower of Christ. Envyings, murders, adultery, fornication, witchcraft, pride, lust, wrath, strife, all come from the flesh and both the spiritual nature and the flesh are contrary to each other. One cannot live by The Spirit of God unless he is first born again and given the spirit of God in Jesus Christ, who makes you a new creature. If any be in Christ Jesus, he is a new creature. Old things are passed away, and behold, all things are become new. Christianity and Buddhism are direct opposites from what I can see, and that ironically is what makes them seem so similar in some ways. Buddhism, as It seems, by trying to disconnect from emotions, one cannot fully submit to God because his efforts are by his own strength and because he is trying to find his own way, and that, in a sense, causes one to keep the focus on himself, which may be the very obstacle keeping him from achieving his own goals, which means he is getting in his own way. In Christianity, God meets us where we are and gives us Grace to empower us to live the life. Because God meets us where we are, we know the end from the beginning who God truly is and where we are going. We are given a new spirit by God and the old man that we used to be dies and we are born again a new creature. Christianity is an understanding of identity and realizing what we have already been given in Christ. It is a relationship with Jesus, and therefore a revelation of God. As Jesus said, eternal life is to know God through relationship. Heaven is just the place where God is. When God offers you eternal life, he's offering to you himself. Truth is not just a concept, truth is a person, and his name is Jesus Christ, and without him alone, one cannot reach enlightenment. Anyone can do anything to gain peace and control over their emotions, but what's important is the object by which those emotions are overcome, if they are indeed overcome. Truth and non truth can both bring a person's peace. Peace must come from the truth, and his name is Jesus. If you want to know this Jesus, ask him to be your Lord and Savior and to reveal himself in a way you can know the truth. He stands at the door and knocks on your heart. If any man hears his voice and opens the door, Jesus will come in and dine with him, and he with Him.

When the person saw that Buddha was not angry then he again got more angry....😆😆😆 He inquired, why you are not angry and smile.... Buddha: tell me ,if you give something like any items to any person and that person didn't not accept then who does not items belong to? One Two, if you want to understand why people act a certain way and others in different ways, you have to look at their world views. Our mind is shaped by our intentions. Our intentions are shaped by our world view. Our world view is influenced by people and books who kept us company throughout our lives. A wrong world view will generate wrong intentions which will create wrong actions. In your case you have a world view that only fear deters people from unwholesome acts. In order to stick to that world view you need a fixed entity with complete free will that can be held accountable and punished. If you understand non-self you will understand how compassion and wisdom reforms some of the hardest criminals. Meditation training in prisons in India and US have had measured effects on recidivism. Consider watching “the Dhamma Brothers”. This may not work on psychopaths, but even psychopaths cannot be held responsible for their psychopathy, which may be genetic. This is not to say that society should not strive to protect people from other violent people, but not as a form of punishment on the unverified belief that we all have a fixed self with complete free will that should be held accountable.

It is because the major corporations (so called illuminati elites) serve satan and dont want you to become nowhere to the truth, but wants you tongo to the false worldly leaders such as buddha ,mohammed, satan e.t,c Here is a video proof m.kzread.info/dash/bejne/qI5oo7WQg6XagcY.html 5)The Holy Bible has already, morethan 2000 prophecies fullfilled to date, And Jesus, explains in a termondous amount of detail, what it is like to live in the end days, before he finally comes to reign over the world for eternity, with his beloved creations, And we are seeing it unfold day by day, as the world is heading to one world the devils 666 beast's govt, as the pop cultures , works hard day by day to brainwash people and promote satan, 666 subliminal message e.t.c If you really want to know the truth, u can study israels history, and learn the bible, Jhon 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. 7 If you had known Me, you would know My Father as well. ⭕Ask and ye shall receive, thank you brother

"Guilt itself should be enough punishment for a person." I don't think this is something Siddhartha Buddha would condone, in fact, it contradicts the story here presented. You see, both anger AND guilt (or similars like regret or remorse) are considered unskillful emotions. When Siddhartha Buddha refers to the business man as being "wonderful", he is not referring to the business man guilt or consequent apology but the business man's self-realization, this very thing is what Western society refer to as "enlightenment". The business man became enlightened because he realized about the mistake he made in anger. In regretfullness, he came to apologize, but Buddha didn't acknowledge his (the business man's) unskillful action nor his guilt, but his enlightenment.

I think I'm starting to get it. He didn't have to forgive that man, because that man who spat on him wasn't there anymore. What came to him was another, who seeked forgiveness in his own guilt. To Buddha, that was enough not to have the slightest of ill-will. It's truly awe-inspiring.
