The Thunderer on High | Greek Mythology Sleep Story

Ойын-сауық

Create a spectacular thunderstorm in tonight’s bedtime story, inspired by Greek mythology and accompanied by rain sounds.

In tonight’s story, a storm gathers. You, the god of thunder, roll in with the clouds and summon bolts of lightning to your fingers. You orchestrate the storm, bringing rain to the land and lighting up the sky with your gifts. When your work is done, you part the clouds, allowing the sun to once more shine upon the land.

Sleep & Sorcery is a folklore and fantasy-inspired sleep series. My name is Laurel, and I’ll be your guide on tonight’s fantastical journey. Sleep & Sorcery is one part bedtime story, one part guided meditation, and one part dreamy adventure. Listen to my voice for as long as it serves you, and when you’re ready, feel free to let go of the story and relax into sleep. If you’re still awake as the story comes to an end, I’ll guide you through a grounding meditation.

Stories like mine are best with headphones! For comfort and security when drifting off to sleep, SleepPhones are the best thing I've found. They won't fall out like earbuds, and they're not bulky or uncomfortable like most over-ear headphones.

Greetings Laurel, Religion and Deities are usually a topics I prefer to avoid in fantasy but This one has rain sounds and thunder that is very helpful to an injury that I have that is oddly flared up by rain . In my own fantasy writing I always had mages do weddings to avoid religion .

You've got the most impressive imagination! How did you manage to read the incredible verses from so many other authors and still have time to write your own? You must have an uncanny ability to remember things. Well done! I'm going to listen to this one again. Thank you for sharing your gift with us 🙏
