couldn't sartorius tightness also cause the external rotation that you could potentially see? I didn't hear it mentioned in the video?
How do you loosen the hip flexors, why are they tight
It seems like one leg is internal and other leg is external when i do that last test.. so what do i do with that information. How the gospel do i fix this
but the TFL is an external rotator of the lower leg?
Isnt the ITB / TFL can cause External Rot at the knee joint?

The TFL along with gluteus medius and minimus are hip ABDuctors and internal rotators. Gluteus maximus can do some external rotation, along with hip external rotator group.

@@CatalystUniversityso basically ALL of these things are muscles in the body and if U exercise ( the correct exercises?) it will fix ANY OF THESE problems ; is that what your saying. And every other person?
