The THINNEST Way to Prep Your Tourniquet
The CAT (Combat Application Tourniquet) is a great tourniquet and is the industry standard. The main down side when trying to conceal carry a med kit is the bulk of the tourniquet which makes it start out more. This simple way of folding your combat application tourniquet will help slim down the footprint and take the most advantage of the tourniquets design to help hide this tourniquet in an ankle kit or belt rig.

Seems good for arms, but not as good for legs when max opening is needed quickly....

Sweet! Def a slimmer way to carry it. Glad you found it useful.
From what I see all I have to do to unfold is pull the tail, right? So using it in an actual needing situation won't be a problem. Great video!

Yup! It should fall open into a normal loop and then you can slide it on as normal.
Nice TQ packing. My CAT7 now fits in my Wilderness Tactical Ankle First Aid Kit, in almost the same space as a SWAT-T elasticTQ. (Just a tad taller) Thanks!
