Brisket sandwich today 8/15/20. I’m the Red Sox fan! Honestly, best Brisket I’ve had yet in Texas. I’m going keep trying to find better. Wish me luck?

I was introduced to Ring Bologna way back in the Early 1960’s. My Grand parents Holland Horn lived in the little Town of West. It was wonderful going to visit my Grandma Frances Horn! She had all the Food Cooked and Desert - by the time we got there! Great memories ! I miss them, and my family in West .

Czech stop kolaches are way better, but slovaceks has THE BEST sausage for the price. 2.99 /lb for their daily sausage is a steal for what is honestly the best tasting sausage I've had

WAIT WAIT WAIT.....please don't tell me they're calling the "pig in a blanket" things KOLACHES..... no no no no no.,Kolaches A kolach (also spelled kolache, kolace or kolacky /kəˈlɑːtʃi, -tʃki/,[1] from the Czech and Slovak plural koláče, sg. koláč) is a type of pastry that holds a portion of fruit surrounded by puffy dough. Sausage "kolaches" are actually called Klobasnek...... A klobasnek (Czech klobásník /ˌkloʊˈbæsnɪk/, plural klobásníky) is a chiefly American Czech savory finger food. Klobasneks are similar in style to or sausage rolls, but the meat is wrapped in dough."

What do farmers and ranchers feed their livestock to fatten them up? Grains, grain byproducts and sugars. That's right. All the stuff you love to eat and are getting fat on right now. Your body was made to burn fat, not stodge and sugar. Why are you fat? Because you consume entirely too many carbohydrates, that's why and no, it is NOT funny. Yes, I know. I have indulged in all those things and now I have high blood pressure, Type II Diabetes, heart trouble and I even had a stroke in 2009 which then led to me becoming incontinent with severe kidney trouble. I went on the Keto diet, but you have once choice out of three if you want lose weight and regain your health: Paleo, Carnivore or Keto. All three of these diets have a single thing in common: no carbohydrates! Never mind what your fool of a cardiologist says. Eat fat! Eat protein! Avoid the carbohydrates! Why? Because your ancestors grew up on fats and proteins with only the occasional prize of fruit, honey and other carbohydrates. Your body is geared to live on fats an proteins with carbohydrates being a rare and unusual treat. Stop walking around sucking down those sodas. You'll feel better and you'll look better.
