Very impressive bike with a big price tag.

I received a Tenways CGO600 Pro on Friday and the performance is great. It will be perfect for my commute, which includes some hills, but nothing more than about a 6 percent grade, and I’m pretty light at 152 lbs and am also an experienced cyclist. If I was heavier and out of shape I would need more power. My only complaint is that the bike arrived with both wheels badly out of true and so far their response to this has not been great. They first said it must be the tires, not the rims, so I pulled a wheel off, removed the tire, and spun the wheel, taking video. They are now saying my video was blank, which it was definitely not. This is infuriating.

As an addendum to this, Tenways did respond and offered to reimburse me for the cost of having the wheels trued. The bike has been great for my trip to work. The range I’m getting is around 35 miles, but a third of my trip is on rough gravel, which undoubtedly affects mileage.

More than that, it’s about social responsibility. There is no argument for making a video about e-bikes and not wearing a helmet to protect yourself and more importantly, the viewers who watch shouldn’t be seeing this behavior at 20km per hour.
