I am all into these #TheTeskeyBrothers. I never knew Australians were into blues music. As they say "Music is universal". Everyone can appreciate great music. These dudes are exceptional 😀👍🎸🎺🎷🥁🪘🙋💖💙❤️💜💛🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I was in April '23 with a friend, both from Holland, on a Harley motortrip in USA to drive from Washington to the Blueridge Parkway and we stayed one night in Asheville. In the evening we had some great cocktails in The Times Bar in Asheville where they played music from the Teskey Brothers. We had a great evening. Shazam helped us to play the music now in Holland and keep us thinking of the great trip we had in USA. Me, Rene, and my friend Peter enjoyed it very much 🙂

Damn son, what a voice.

What makes this song rather amazing is they use no production gimmicks other than the over modulation on the mic. The guitars gently filter into both speakers and everything is so clear and very analog. The horns are sweet and done with all the class and good taste of the Stax or Muscle Shoals era bands. Not to mention this vocalist has got it goin' on.

I live in muscle shoals! Such a small town that not many ppl here even know the amount of artists who have recorded here from the Jackson 5 to Aretha Franklin Bob Seger just to name a few and let's not forget the great Lynyrd Skynyrd

The saturation on the vocals is like sex to my ears. This a great mix for a phenomenal song

I heard these brothers music one night in the lab of a hospital in Houston Texas, the technician was listening to, I asked who is that singing and he said Teskey Brothers, found them on KZread been listening to ever since, they don’t disappoint 🥰

This speaks straight to my ❤. Lovely hearing a genuine analogue tape recording in this day and age too. It makes all the difference.

My new favourite band. How have I not discovered them sooner. Lots of back catalogue catching up to do😊

I was listening to music last night on one of my Pandora Stations and their song "Pain and Misery" came up. Never heard of these guys but I'm listening NOW and what you said above resonates with me too. Da Bluzzzzz.....

I am absolutely in love 🥰 this makes my soul so happy and filled with joy. My dad was a singer and this reminds me of sitting on the steps to the basement and watching my daddy sing with his "band". Good times. Thank y'all 😊

Was sent this song by someone from long ago. I’m not sure if he is just sharing music he knew I’d love or if he’s trying to tell me something 🤷🏻‍♀️. Regardless, this has to be the most powerful, sad, sultry, perfect song I have ever heard. I got tingles. The voice, the guitars, everything. I haven’t loved a song so much in years.
