Ricardo Pablo They could set up a whole neighbourhood (clear out the area and set up policemen pretending to be civilians the whole night) that's completely silent so that it'll increase the chances of him being attracted to that area. Unless it wasn't a real threat from the Axeman then that would be pointless. But either way, it would be worth a shot to try and catch him.

That makes a lot of sense but again, in that time, the police didn’t really do a whole lot. Like Shane said, 99% of these cases could be solved if the police had actually done what they were being paid to do.
