Never, never has there ever been a melody sung so sweetly than that that was sung by Eddie Kendrick.

Eddie Kendricks no one could sing like him even if they try to imitate his voice no one could sing his songs the way he did he was such a great lead singer. The emotion and sweetness and tenderness the Temptations Showed the World was always so sweet and right on. Their choreography the way they moved was untouchable. they'll always be a generation that will love this great man's voice and this incredible group thank you temptations, Motown and a special thank you Berry Gordy. What a great man . There would be no Motown without him . Just think of all the lives he affected . I wouldn't even have much music to listen to because my favorite music is in 1964 Motown . If you can hear me in heaven I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me music that always lifts my spirit . I know you're making songs in heaven

Legends one and all. What a group. They may be gone but their music lives forever and shows new generations how songs should be sung. Brings tears to this old mans eyes. I was privileged to see them live once.

Eddie was the man back in the day hitting those high tenor notes. I idolized this man and I tried singing like him hitting those high notes at 14 years old back in 1969. RIP, Eddie.

Greatest singing group in pop music history. Otherworldly vocals.

It is really sad that we cannot bring back the GOOD OLD DAYS. Damn I miss that time.

Absolutely liked the voice of Eddie Kendrick. So miss his talent and the type music that became the chemistry of The Temptations. The music industry went from the 50s 60s 70s and 80s with each decade outdoing the other and THEN it declined as radio run by accountants and the recording industry tanked the great music we all enjoy.

Eddie's on fire. One of the greatest falsetto singers of history when you look at all his assets. Range, dynamics, tone, lyricality melodically....and stylishly from another world. An absolute original. Who did this dude listen to coming up? Phillip Bailey is fire, but he comes ftom another galaxy as well, but this stylized lyrical thing Eddie had was iconic for sure.
