The first of three videos from my second trip to Christchurch in 2023. On the day I left, I also filmed two of the normal DL-hauled freight trains in Tauranga, followed by 'Boon' No. 152 and other Christchurch trams.
We'll also see some of KiwiRail's DSG and DX locomotives in operation, ending with ETM 432 (their track evaluation railcar) and 'W2' class No. 411, otherwise known as the 'Christchurch Tramway Restaurant'.
