No that's not how it works. The interest for the loan counteracts inflation, it means her 400k she puts in now will still be 400k when she gets it back. And there's risk because if the company goes under, she may not get her loan repaid.

big problem with slick barrier: most pests don't craawl up wall to get into home, they sneak in through cracks in foundations or walls beneath the surface level, so protecting even a 6in height at base around a house means nothing if pests get in by crawling under that level

Exactly...and even if you were to apply this it doesn't stop pests from being in your home in general. It literally does nothing for you. I don't see how this will replace just spraying baseboards, glue traps and bait which are products that actually kill or keep away.

@@BiggHoss True but it's water-based acrylic polyurethane enamel paint which is different than normal paint that can be washed away by rain...

This is no good After a rainy day the coat will get grass and dirt stuck to it, making it easy for these little guys to start climbing up past the coated perimeter Or even after a windy day Dusty day Snowy day Etc

Because they want you to pay to watch the show on a streaming service. This channel is obviously meant to just be marketing to draw more viewers who wouldn't otherwise watch but they don't want to give away their content for free. Its also why the YT channel almost always only features old pitches from several seasons ago.

I love Robert but it's so pathetic how scared of rats people are. They are super intelligent social and very sweet cuddly it's not like the rats they brought to the Shark Tank were carrying the black plague they were obviously pet rats which are the sweetest thing in the world
