Just a correction, the longest saltwater crocodile ever measured was Lolong who was 6.17 m. And that record was made over 6 years ago.

So in the end, the less energy you use, the bigger you become. That explains why reptiles managed to grew this big since they don't need to waste energy to keep themselves warm and also it explains why dinosaurs were this big (since the geological era they lived in was hotter than todays era). Thanks for that :D

Apparently, there are two type of trees called Mountain-Ash. The one you depicted is the Rowan, only informally called Mountain-Ash. From what I can tell, it doesn't grow very tall. The one you should have depicted is the Eucalyptus Regnans... A Eucalyptus famous for being the second tallest tree.

These types of infographics are so interesting!

Trees also have extremely strong wooden bodies that can support their weight. Land animals would have a hard time getting that big because so much the percentage of total mass that’s structural would be too low to hold them up without breaking.

I never realized mountain ashes got so big. The soil on the mountains where they grow is so thin I've only ever seen them reach a height of around 10ft

No, Giraffititan was classified as a second species of Brachiosaurus until 2009. The type Brachiosaurus altithorax is still valid. And Sauroposeidon is a somphospondylid, not a brachiosaurid, but they were bigger (26 feet at the shoulder and 43 feet at the top of the skull, maximum length of 112 feet).

The Argentinosaurs, the Sauroposeidon are beetwen 20 to 18 meters height. The Brachiosaurus was 13 meters height. And if you want lenght, you should check the Amphicoelias Fragillimus with its 60 aprox. meters long

Bacterial Explosion Actually that is not true, people grow much taller than 8ft 11. I live here in the Netherlands, and I know several 9 footers, and one of my teachers was 10 feet tall.

Actually the netherlands are not the tallest group of people alive but it's the Nilotic people from south sudan. Average height in Netherlands is 5"11/ 180cm Average height of Nilotic people is 6'3/ 191 cm.

You mean doubled in height? Doubling in height means we grow 8 times the size hence we're 8 times heavier. Doubling in size would only make you double in weight (mass). Note: to double your size, all you need is a height increase of 26%.

Volume is different i explain If you were 10 cm height and grow 10 cm more ur skin will be 100cm square more and ur volume will be 1000cm cubic
