It's really just a handy anti-stall for traitors. If the last innocent is a bunkered down detective or out of map Zoey or something it ensures they don't score a timer win (though it's been ages since one of those and I don't see that happening easily without Flash randomat) and have to engage traitors. So many yogs just use it as a long distance "free kill" though and don't really give followup any thought.

The play is to use it in a very defensible position in a 1v1 to force the innocent to push you while you're ready to kill them before they kill you. If they can catch you off guard, the deathnote is not safe to use.

The swapper should have a 10% of becoming a different role each swap, but increase by another 10% on every swap. So after a few swaps you never know what you are dealing with.

It's power fluctuates on a map by map basis. Any huge map or one wit teleports can make it really powerful an counters the last innocent jus hidin until the timer runs ou. Basically it's either useless or op.

Lewis was such an obvious traitor in that third (I think) round. He took a few seconds to remember the role "Deputy" because it wasn't on his screen!

Might be difficult but maybe they could make the traitor role not know who the swapper is if the swapper has already swapped? Essentially the swapper turns in to a "swapper" that turns into the "swapper" again instead of the original swapper. This new "swapper" being not trackable by the traitors. Is that even possible?

Do you mean the message with the victim's name should appear as if it was written by someone else? But then the victim can say whose outline they're seeing, before they die. In a normal game with default skin, it would work. But in these games with custom skins, the victim would immediately know who wrote their name. I'm not sure what PaP Death Note does right now, can't remember if they did this before. But getting rid of the outline might be a better upgrade. Or allowing the killer to write two names.

I disagree. The traitors are supposed to kill other players, so punishing them for doing their jobs doesn't make sense. That's why they see the pink roles in the first place.

the Detective + impersonator combo seems slightly flawed, shouldn't the detective (who knows they are innocent) just kill the other detective then check their role to prove their own innocence?

They should add a bot who is immortal and just walks around or follows certain players. It would be hilarous for an immortal bot to block someone in a room

More of the "just kill the detectives" role pack, huh? Just remember, 75% of the time, the correct choice is to kill *instantly.* 25% of the time it means winning. 50% of the time it means killing a traitor at the cost of a single innocent. No other pack makes it so one in four rounds can be won in five seconds, but they keep playing this one...

Then it's a good thing they don't RDM... much. I like this pack, and as seen in this episode, it's not a guaranteed win for either teams, so it's pretty balanced the way they play. Also, why does everyone say "roll" instead of "role"?

@@cskiller86 You know, I do know it's spelled "role" but I had just been reading the comments before making my own and the other people spelling it "roll" must have gotten to me. And part of why they don't RDM is because of the jesters. Those were originally added to prevent it. In the early stuff, before the Jester was added, they would often RDM. They should probably have a Jester Detective option for this pack.

That's probably because it's not a shotgun but a rifle. I think it might be Ashe's lever action rifle from Overwatch, but I'm not 100% sure.

A shotgun without spread has a slug-round. But I dunno if it's even a shotgun to begin with. Doesn't matter anyway... it's as balanced as a sniper (slightly more damage, yes, but still a 2HKO, but also no ability to aim). I think it's balanced enough.

the amount of roles and role swaps and changes to the core systems of TTT have made this a bit unenjoyable to watch for me tbh :/ it's like the TTT videos are designed to only be enjoyable for people with severe ADHD with all the context switches and randomness. I'd love it if they could just play normal TTT or a lightly modded version where traitors actually try to deceive the innocents through fun and clever play like back when tom and harry were playing, instead of this.. random clusterfuck
