If the survey says that you are not qualified and you have completed all the steps correctly, rejoin the game and open the window curtain when you first join in. Then complete the survey as it says in the video.

For some players who follows his steps answers the question correctly then at the last question when it says "Are you a brave person?" The players who clicked "Yes" but didn't get the good ending let me tell you. So you have to open the windows curtains from the beginning of the game if you get the good ending badge then like this comment . If you didn't, comment! Edit: Ohh thanks for 1 like ^^
