@@TWSummary I thought in something like the slave revolts when you play with Roma, only in the case of the Seleucids or Ptolemies would be if the level of Greek culture in the Judea region is very high and the Jewish culture is low, it would trigger the revolt - I was surprised for not having a mod like that for Rome 2.

Why don't you go for the level 3 of the slave trader earlier? That should give you thousands of denarii per turn more
