Ya i appreciate that explanation a lot. I get this on my right side if i extend my right arm back and especially if i also rotate my torso to the right at the same time. Not sure if it's the hug or that I'm just constantly dehydrated. But it sure does suck!!!

Yes it is horrible! But I don't panic now knowing exactly what it is.

I have spasms every 6 seconds. The pain is intense. My GP is investigating, but he is sure it is costochondritis. It sucks! Smiling through the best I can. Love and best wishes to all ❤ Thanks Dr Boster again xxx

How do you get the tension of the hug in the rib area to release?

You wait for it to decide to knock it off in its own sweet time 🫤Literally nothing. Trying to take deep breaths to try to push it out…you just have to wait for it to pass and take care not to get low in electrolytes or be dehydrated. That does seem to be something that makes it worse. Try to avoid really cold environments. Pharmaceuticals…world’s suckiest hug ever!
