The FDA called ivermectin a dangerous "horse paste". Federal agencies have gone off the rails. Chevron is so important.

The EPA labeled CO2 a "pollutant " so they would have the authority to regulate it under the Clean Air Act. The EPA could label Oxygen a pollutant under this same agency power. Chevron decision ended that, thank God.

Does the "Big" in your channel name stand for big business? You sound like a big business lobbyists with your one sided explanation. The purpose of Chevron was to defer to experts when there is vagueness in a statute. The congress purposely makes their laws for agencies vague because, in most circumstances, they are not subject matter experts. Agencies hire qualified experts to fill in the blanks and add specifics. What the Supreme Court has done by turning over Chevron is to set themselves up as the subject matter experts and make themselves responsible for making decisions they are not qualified to make. Yet another power grab by the unsupreme court to work towards its agenda of supporting Project 2025. This overturning of presidence is the conservative courts attempt to weaken the legislative branch and gives the conservative court the ability to unjustly change laws to meet their agenda. Based on the corruption the supreme court has shown over the years the meaning of statutes can now be determined by the highest bidder, to whoever offers Clanance Thomas the best vacation, or Traitor Trump himself rather than those that are qualified. Corruption at its finest!!!
