I love the sun and moon show, I've been following since the teardown episode when Eclipse first appeared. Hearing someone else's perspective that isn't very biased is a new feeling, it's nicer than having someone completely hate it or adore it explain the lore.

ok honestly not bad! I understand that the show has some flaws, and Eclipse not serving as a decent villain is sort of pointed out in the show. everyone points out how pathetic he is, including Solar Flare! and Bloodmoon, even though he is dead, he still haunts Sun's mind tormenting him and causing him a lot of stress. I understand it's not your taste, and I have no problem with you not mentioning some of the important things in the lore, like the creator being a giant brain and Monty promising to bring back Lunar (who happens to be officially returning) I'm just happy that more people are talking about this channel and recommending it to more people! thanks for the video!

Yeah in terms of story stuff it’s been a little over the place as of late, but I find it funny as soon as I make a video talking about how the story is going no where and how it should wrap the next sams ep comes out and it seems to be doing just that (I know I didn’t influence that since I assume there are tons of videos done being schedule uploaded). Still the greatest part of the show with your voice 👍

This was a great explanation of what has happened in the lore of this channel and I couldn't agree more about the fact that Eclipse started out as a pretty solid villain, but has kind of devolved into a rather obnoxious character. This is why prefer to watch their gameplay videos as opposed to the VRChat videos. Whenever I try to watch a VRChat video from these channels, I end up skimming through the video unless something significant happens or if it's a slice-of-life kind of episode, because the lore can be very frustrating and tiring at times, so the slice-of-life is greatly appreciated. To clarify, neither Davis nor Universal are the ones who came up with the lore of the channel. They simply just play as their respective characters and someone else is forming the story as they go along. But in recent story videos, things are starting to take shape in efforts to finally get rid of Eclipse, albeit at a stupidly slow pace. But to give credit where credit's due, the Sun and Moon Show along with the Monty Gator and Foxy Show are the two channels I find where it feels like the actors are being themselves and aren't "forcing" themselves to say these cringy KZread cliches like "be sure like and subscribe, OR ELSE MONTY WILL GET YOU NEXT!" They say "Be sure to subscribe" and whatnot, but they don't add the cringy line after saying it. Not to mention, these two channels also feel more mature.

As someone who has watched the show since Lunar started teaming up with Bloodmoon, I agree with you on Eclipse. Even though, Eclipse is my number one kin and I relate to him on so many levels, it really does feel like they don’t know what to do with his character anymore. And when Eclipse survived, it really felt like an awkward way to stretch out the show. But I guess now with Eclipse’s character, they’re trying to go for “existential crisis.” Which just adds to more reasons for me to kin him, but it does make him a boring character. Especially, since he has the title as “the villain” of the show. (Edit:) And it also feels like a cheap excuse to actually make angst for him.

I was slightly offended when you said that the show was only "ok" now, but I am a long term fan who started watching 3 months in to it's creation. I see what you mean, I feel like they're flushing a bunch of ideas out trying to get a story together. I do miss the old Eclipse, and it's annoying that they're making him just sit around while everyone calls him pathetic. He still is my favorite character though, despite them repeatedly giving him chances to at least partially redeem himself and then blow it up... literally. These recent episodes feel like a questionable epilogue, not like the start of a new "season". However, being a long-standing fan, I am extremely attached to the show, and feel like they might just be setting up more for dealing with the creator than Eclipse, because who kills a character twice, it's weird. Also bringing Eclipse back was already hinted in his death and begged for by the fans, so they probably had to do it for the audience despite it not making to much sense. *QUESO*

I freaking LOVE the SAMS, The lore, the games, everything. The fact that those 2, (other than Earth) voice EVERY character. But, Eclipse did NOT cause July 16th, it was Bloodmoon (MY FAVORITE CHARACTER) The fact that all the characters have amazing build ups is insane. But, Idk why this video brings me SO MUCH JOY 😂😂 I was so upset when Bloodmoon died, I'm okay with Eclipse being alive since he's a REALLY cool character. Edit: I do not watch the other shows. I do kinda miss the old SAMS, when everyone was there, when Bloodmoon, KC and Eclipse were goin nuts. When peoples lives were actually at risk, now its just sibling drama.

Man its been awhile since I've heard those voices. Months ago they used to also uploaded videos on the FNAF Minecraft Roleplay channel, and watching 6 entire seasons made me invested in the story. (They hide the channel when they stopped uploading)

I haven’t really been interested in getting involved with the lore of SAMS, but their gameplay/episodic videos are often entertaining. I also kinda had a problem with Moon’s voice at first but I do understand their situation. I know this wasn’t really talked about in the video, but I think one of the best parts of SAMS is the fan animations, Everyone is super talented!

As a SAMS fan, I understood everything. BUT KC AND SOLAR FLARE ACTUALLY PLAY A PRETTY GOOD PART IN THE SHOW WITH RECENT EPISODES- KC helped get rid of Eclipse by giving Sun power to go on with the plan, etc etc. While Solar Flare- Bro just reveals everything about Eclipse that’s hidden below the surface-and is also the last person Eclipse talks to before they both die, but we don’t talk about that :> But yeah, everything is accurate, lolol

Honestly, this show isn’t super great. In the beginning I think the show was at its best, but that might just be because the story was totally finished and could all be seen in one go but now I have to wait to see the new developments. All in all, it’s good and the animation sub-fandom for this show is pretty fun since there are some GREAT moments that are animated really well.

As someone who has watched every lore Episode in SAMS Thus was actually very surprising I love how they are now getting recognized

As a fan of TSAMS, I love the lore; characters; character voices. The heart and soul put into this show. ❤

CONCLUSION: I AGREE WITH U ON A LOT OF THIS TBH ACTUALLY. Sorry in advance for my ramble, like I said, this is a huge hyperfixation of mine and I love sharing thoughts HSJANSJNS Firstly, THE SECOND EFFECTS…… YEAH. Even with a mutual I recently convinced to watch the show, they were like “i cannot take serious moments to heart sometimes because of the effects” which is a feeling I got a lot 😭 same can go for like, visual effects and the music in older videos. tbh i have definitely cried a few times at the show, but the green screen explosion over lunar had me giggling for a minute LOL Secondly, IM NOT THAT INTERESTED IN KILLCODE EITHER YEAH!!! Sometimes I think about it and i’m like “oh huh I kinda miss killcode where have they been” and then once they actually show up again i’m like “ah. same old, same old.” I also cannot ever like, get a solid characterization on them? Unlike a lotta people, i’m a fan of the “chilled the fuck out” route with it, but I wish it hadn’t been done so suddenly. it just felt like the guy didn’t wanna play it anymore so they just said “alright, we’ll find a way to get it outta the picture then!” bc now we just kinda know nothing about it…… HOWEVER. i cannot agree with you on solar flare i’m sorry i am SUCHHHH a solar flare lover. idk /why/ tho actually bc i used to not care about them at all either until i woke up with my brain rewired one morning and i was like “holy shit i need to be insane about this robot built to serve NOW” 😭😭😭 so like. i get it. but also i’m legally obligated to be like how dare u…… Thirdly, I ACTUALLY HAD NEVER CONSIDERED THE IDEA BEFORE OF ECLIPSE STAYING DEAD AND BLOODMOON BEING THE NECT THREAT????? Ah yes TSAMS, funny seeing analysis vids of it now, super neat seeing it now more than ever! Beside TSAMS I’ve watched the others to since some of the lore somewhat links up. Plus there’s been a rumor going around that a earth and lunar show may be in the works so that’s got me intrigued as well! Overall great vid, can’t wait to see how this channel grows! I really appreciate your very honest look into the show. I was a huge Sun and Moon fan long before the show, but admittedly, I watch the show more than I comparatively do with any other fan media of them now. I have a very deep fondness of all the characters, including Eclipse, and really love the actors for their portrayals despite, I think, so vary obvious hints that they don't always agree with the show writing. Convoluted as it is, I sort of enjoy the lost villain thing going on with Eclipse because, well, I just enjoy his character. But I can admit its weird if you're just talking story telling. Anyway, thank you very much for taking a look at the show. Its special to me and many of its fans, and it was kind of you to be so patient as to try to understand rather than look at all the videos and be just confused by the maybe messy story telling paired with (IMO) great voice acting.

My short opinion: It's fun watching, but it can NOT be compared to everything canon. It's just their own thing, not FNAF related anymore. High fantasy kinda thing. And a lil too complicated. I think THEY don't even know what's going on anymore. They need a better plan. We'll see how this goes tho.

Relatable. Can’t say I don’t agree. I like a certain age of the Sun and Moon show, but after Eclipse came back to life it was… less interesting. I’m currently making an AU with a slightly rewritten plot, where I actually predicted how witherstorms (in the CI universe) are made, since I made something called a Headstorm, which is a witherstorm but created with a host and a star.

I hope earth and Luna get their own show someday because the two best characters. Oh yeah, he also gets really introduced in a new form.😅

A good description of the main cast roles is. Sun is the white of yin and yang moon is the black of yin and yang eclipse is the black within the white side of yin and yang and lunar is the white side of the black in yin and yang. Littaraly because eclipse is the a fragmented remnant of the killcode moon had in security breach left behind in sun when they split and he theirfore inherited moons scientific genius but evil and then from their it can be assumed that lunar would be the opposite considering he was spawned by eclipse using moons code and he acts like an even more naive childish sun so hes likely spawned using remnants of sun that caried over into moons new body

It's cool monty's genderfluid and i in fact love it, but i just think its not super duper important to mention yknow?

Oh God that would be to much The only thing I want to hear them talk about is sun being a toxic person I annoys me how popular this show has gotten with people who can't see the fact that they fricken retconned sun into a saint. Maybe they won't go the way of most the fandom but stile it's hard enough knowing just this small part is very okay with moon bashing imagine how depressing it would be if the popular youtubers became okay with moonwalking as well.

@@eternallylearning2811 in my personal opinion sun is no saint, but I think its like the fandom mutually agrees he desperately needs actual professional therapy, cause hes done a bunch of messed up stuff like if you go with the butterfly effect hes the reason Lunar died and he has killed someone but hes tried to change, and yeah the fandom bashes Moon a lot cause as much as we loved him before he memories rest he was kinda a d**k like the voice actors themselves call him out for being a d**k, but then again you have to think this is a fandom where some people if their favorite artist stops posting art of their favorite yt channel they will send them death threats (*sigh* poor superstar_bongos)

I would recommend reviewing the other show channels as well the Sun and Moon show is only half the story being told in these shows there is so much drama left and right you could hardly get enough of it the voices are well acted and the character's are phenomenally chrafted and well portrayed there's a lot of good life lessons in it as well and all the characters have friendship and love storys i would 100% recommended watching all the videos on all the channels to have the best fnaf story telling experience of your entire life❤❤❤
