These series "The summer i turned pretty/The summer i healed mentally" is inspired by the prime video series "The summer i turned pretty" which is also inspired by the book series called "The Summer I Turned Pretty" by Jenny Han. It is a young adult trilogy that includes the following books:
"The Summer I Turned Pretty" (2009)
"It's Not Summer Without You" (2010)
"We'll Always Have Summer" (2011)
The series revolves around the protagonist, Belly (short for Isabel), and her experiences during the summers spent at a beach house with her family and close friends, the Fisher brothers. The story explores themes of friendship, family dynamics, romance, and self-discovery.

I decided to call it like that because everything felt like i was the main character of a movie. Like Belly said "i thought this summer was gonna like all the other summers but it’s not because i wont let it be" and that's what i did. "some things change so i’ll change too".
