Realising that THE PART of you that makes you how you are ...is not who you are ...

That was actually a really well thought out video. It reminds me of how neural networks in the field of machine learning work. With certain neural networks you have several different layers of convolution. Each layer is responsible for a different piece of the abstraction puzzle. Take object recognition and categorization for example. The first layer might just look at the individual pixels and categorize them into clumps of similar colors based on an arbitrary threshold level that it came up with during training. The second layer may then take those categorizations and group or sort them further based on vector shape similarity. The third level may then look at those shapes and categorize them based on the final desired outcome objectives (is this a car or not?). This is a super oversimplification ofc but the main idea is that each of these layers is working independently of the other (but still relying on the prior levels output) to achieve an ultimate outcome. In our brains, the final outcome (or at least the one from which the conscious observations we can make come from) is kind of like the top layer. We aren't actively aware of the processing being done by the subconscious layers, but our overall perception of reality is entirely based on them. This is why sometime we see faces in objects that aren't faces (pareidolia), like clouds. Our subconscious applies certain pattern recognition techniques behind the scenes and then our conscious mind interprets those patterns that are delivered to it.

Thank you for your kind words.. Yes, computers perform an overwhelming number of operations to get from point A to point B! I agree with everything you said as well, it's right on point.

I suggest doing more research before making videos, the subconscious mind is a lot more vast and complex, I would rate this video as minimum effort.
