Lyrics:
My love,
I'll never find the words my love, to tell you how I feel my love.
Mere words, could not explain.
Precious love,
You held my life within your hands, created everything I am,
Taught me how to live again.
Only you,
Cared when I needed a friend, believed in me through thick and thin,
This song is for you, filled with gratitude and love
God bless you, you make me feel brand new,
For God blessed me with you, you make me feel brand new,
I sing this song 'cause you, make me feel brand new.
My love,
When ever I was insecure, you built me up and made me sure,
You gave, my pride, back to me.
Precious friend,
With you I'll always have a friend, you're someone who I can depend,
To walk a path that sometimes bends.
Without you,
Life has no meaning or rhyme, like notes to a song out of time,
How can I repay, you for having faith in me
God bless you, you make me feel brand new,
For God blessed me with you, you make me feel brand new,
I sing this song 'cause you, make me feel brand new.

@JUANQUINONES-it6dx 😢I am so sorry for your loss. My heart is aching just thinking of what you're going through. But if it's of any consolation or comfort, I will just say this; Your wedding vows stated "Til' death do us part." But that, in my opinion, only pertains to our physical form. You will forever retain all the love, all the memories, all the caring, and all the sharing within your being. You two will be together again, just on a more beautiful and spiritual existence.

@UCGF6MFuJvks-nIuDhRZ771Q yes that's true. My boyfriend from Hawaii was born 1969 hehehe he introduced me this song and other 80's song cause I also love other songs like 80's and 90's hehe. Then I found this song and I listen to it once in awhile ❤️ compare nowadays, There is no meaning of the words in the song it's useless that's why I listened to old songs cause they have the true meaning in each lyrics.

You’re 21 and your bf 51?
When music was real and hit your soul.. this song 🎵 can't be explained in words
This was the song I heard whilst going into labour with my firstborn. And my son was brand new. Takes me back to 1974.

🙌🏻I agree they don’t make em like they use too!!
This goes out to all the people in our lives who love us and make us "feel brand new" when we need it the most.
Listening to over and over again! Always touching...💘💞👏👏👏
How does someone thumb down a song like this? That’s crazy. Anyway, years ago back in 1990, a good friend of mine and I were at this place called the “Canopy Lounge” in Ontario CA just drinking beers and playing pool, when this guy gets up there and karaoke’s this song. My buddy and I knowing full well of the two vocal parts to this song (high and low) waited until that first intro to the high note portion of the song and dude nailed it. Both parts to the whole song he owed it and he knew he was good. Great memory.

Not necessaraly. Brainless is a better explanation
I saw them in D.C. when I was in the Air Force back in 1990 and every time Russell touched the microphone, the ladies would scream! His voice made the ice in the glass holding my drink rattle. LOL They were simply amazing!
Absolutely love that rendition of that song by thee Stylistics, just beautiful
One of many great songs by this underrated talented group!
I love The Stylistics 🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️!!
RIP Thom Bell..... What a song!!!

Heaven if you got to dance with the person you fancied, but hell if they were dancing with someone else!

Joaquin, in NYC we would call this slow dancing we did "grinding" it was quite physical.
God Blessed ME with you.😢
Can't love this enough. Thank you, gentlemen for being a big part of my teenage years. Every time your songs were played, it was turned up!
Your songs are immortal/undying. Always memorable, memories brings back to the 70s.
Solid Gold! This is a song to treasure
The Stylistics, the Spinners , and Luther Vandross were the most beautiful Soulful singers....💞
My love I'll never find the words my love To tell you how I feel my love Mere words could not explain Precious love You held my life within your hands Created everything I am Taught me how to live again Only you Cared when I needed a friend Believed in me through thick and thin This song is for you Filled with gratitude and love God bless you You make me feel brand new For God blessed me with you You make me feel brand new I sing this song 'cause you Make me feel brand new My love Whenever I was insecure You built me up and made me sure You gave my pride back to me Precious friend With you I'll always have a friend You're someone who I can depend To walk a path that sometimes bends Without you Life has no meaning or rhyme Like notes to a song out of time How can I repay you For having faith in me God bless you You make me feel brand new For God blessed me with you You make me feel brand new I sing this song for you.

Same song but I prefer The Stylistics than Simply Red,,,
You brought me out from where I have being hiding myself all my life. Now I have found myself and can for the first time in life feel free to Express myself without fear. And care not about what others will think and say about me. Now I'm in control of myself and not other people's thoughts and their concerns. I'm so free from the burden that held me back all my life. Thanks for letting be the one for you. From depths of my heart I love you!

This 61 yo Rocker woke up with this song in his head. It comes to me now and then. Must have heard it a time or two over my life. That tells me what a impactful song it is. I had to look it up. Didn't even know the full song or who produced it. Amazing music.
Yes............only you cared when I needed a friend, believed in me through thick and thin ❤🙏❤

Raised in a farming community in Oklahoma during the 60s 70s. Loved the music of my youth. I loved the Soul that came out in that time.
