The study tips that CHANGED my life | How I went from a 2:2 (58%) to a 1st (80%) at University

In this video I share how I went from getting a 2:2 (58%) in my 2nd year of university to a 1st (80%) in my 3rd year (& overall) through active learning techniques that helped me study smarter, and not harder.

Thanks for this video - I've just finished my GCSEs (confident I've done well), and I'm going to further incorporate some of your learning strategies for my A-Levels (and university if I get far). Surprisingly, I've already used some of these types of method of studying - so I guess that's a start. Also: I can't help but appreciate the style and comprehensiveness of your videos. Your content always pulls me in when I see it on my page.

Thank you for this video! I just watched it for the first time, and I feel bad for not having done so earlier (it's an 8-months-old video! How!😭) It came at the right time since I have just done horribly at an exam for relying to much on note-taking and rote memorization. It's not something I wasn't aware that it wasn't efficient, but ever since these kinds of "study better" videos appeared people only focus on recommending Pomodoro and Active Learning (and so on and so forth) and not enough on actually sharing how they apply the techniques. What you have done is precisely that: you showed us how you applied them to your daily study routines. This is very reassuring! 😃 Thank you so much. P.S.: Really appreciate your editing style - and how handsome you are, you are glowing!!! Keep it up!! 😭😊

Hi, first of all - good luck with your exams. Your exams are soon, so try to break up what you have to cover/your content as much as possible, so that you can work through your content in smaller chunks throughout the day. I obviously do not know the ins/outs of how studying has been for you, but please try your best to keep level headed and to do whatever studying you can. Wishing you the best Rashmi ❤️
