Christina Hartley, it’s funny how they like Queen considering they were born in the same country as The Struts & Luke Spiller looks & sounds like Freddie Mercury. Greta Van Fleet is also the new Led Zeppelin.

I wish Luke Spiller was the vocalist for Queen now, instead of Adam Lambert. He is soooo much better! Great vocals and stage presence. I love Queen, and Freddie Mercury is a tough act to follow, but this is awesome! But, hey, we get to enjoy his band, The Struts(great name), as well as his vocals.

I hate covers which don't have the covering band's own spin (I'm looking at you Weezer). Why bother? We have the original, do something different. Make it your own like Disturbed did with Sound of Silence or Marilyn Manson with the Eurythmics' Sweet Dreams.

Not quite the same level of artistry as Queen but the energy and enthusiasm here are absolutely mind-blowing.

Nothing tops the version and power Freddie sings it live in '86 Budapest. But this is great too. Freddie would love it 🤟👏

I automatically got a Freddie Mercury vibe from them when I first heard/saw them years ago. This is BEYOND epic!!

Хорошо сказали. Но, в русской культуре это очень известный сюжет. Неизвестно знакомы ли были музыканты и авторы Queen с очень известным русско-советским произведением. Обычно об этом в искусстве не комментируют. Да, и исторически песня появилась как реакция на противодействие британского общества такому негативному феноменому как массовое хулиганство футбольных фанатов. Но, обе части этой, если сказать традиционно, сюиты We will rock you/We are the champions очень подразумевают как позитивную формулировку этой же темы, знакомство с творчеством Д.Д. Шостаковича, историю Великобритании так и ещё ряд тем. Хорошее вино становится лучше со временем, также и в искусстве.

I love this. This is not someone pretending to be Queen or Freddie = this is The Struts being The Struts - respectful of the source material but putting their own stamp on it. Interestingly for me Luke seems less like Freddie here and more his fabulous unique self. We know where he and the song came from but its where they are going that''s exciting. GO ADAM!!

I love the slow start and build! The guys put their own spin on it and didn’t just try to imitate. LOVE ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
