🧠 📚 Dr. Florian Kleinau interpreting the psychoanalytic theory of Carl Jung (C.G. Jung).

About this Video
In this video, me as I explore the intricate topography of the unconscious mind from a Jungian vantage point. I break down the layers of the unconscious, delving into its depths to uncover the hidden motivations, desires, and fears that influence our conscious behaviour. In specific, I related the unconscious to the notion of the collective, that is, to the idea that all people are connected by a hidden layer of archetypal images beneath the surface of the ego.
Join me as I examine how these unconscious processes are revealed through dreams symbols, myth and other products of the psyche. From the original definition of the unconscious by Siegmund Freud vis a vis the id, the ego, the superego, etcetera, we will delve into Jungian concepts establishing an intricate understanding of the deep layers of the psyche. The analysis goes beyond the classical understandings of the unconscious moving towards an interpretation of Jung's collective unconscious as the fundamental fabric of being. This situates the concepts in a philosophical tradition which will be touched upon.
My detailed analysis includes practical examples and insights, making complex theories accessible to students of psychology, practicing therapists, and anyone intrigued by the workings of the human mind.

About the Channel
In my videos, I look at Jungian topics through an interpretative lens, advancing themes discussed by Carl Jung along trajectories of psychology, psychoanalysis, theology and philosophy Carl Gustav Jung. Exploring his model of the psyche, his concept of individuation, and his philosophy in general, I explore Jung's theories about a path toward a more full and complete Self. My focus is always
I mostly draw on the writings of Carl Jung. However, other psychoanalytic writers like Erich Neumann, Marie Louise von Franz, Siegmund Freud, Jacques Lacan and others also inform my interpretation of Jung’s texts. My understanding of psychoanalysis is also informed by research psychology, philosophy and neuroscience. I find the fields of narrative psychology, cybernetic and certain theories of perception especially helpful in the interpretation of Carl Jung. Of course, conceptions of spirituality and religion play a fundament role in the Jungian opus as well.
