@@spindash64 255* 170*1.5 is 255, not 225. STAB boosts to 384.5, Rain pushes to well over 500, OHKOs Toxapex. Banded is stronger still, but at that point you're only killing Ferro and 'pex with it. Watch out for Eiscue, after Ice Face it's faster than Scarf Dracovish and will one shot it with Icicle Crash or Ice Punch.

@@spindash64 Thing can one shot toxipex, 2 shot ferrothorn, and 2 shot (or one shot in some cases) most legendary Pokemon. The only counter so far found are water absorb Pokemon Quagsire, Lapris (who can one shot it back with Freeze Dry), and seismitoad. The rest will DIE if they switch in. Dracovish may be Derpy in design but by the gods does it deserve major respect. I can only shudder to think of what it could be like if it wasn't some horrible Chimera and actually be completed as intended. Thinking about it Cara Liss may have done us a favor in doing that to Dracovish, i doubt we could control such power.

We know Flying Gem's effect took place before the doubling of Acrobatics, so is it 85 - > Strong Jaw -> 127.5 -> Choice Band -> 191.25 -> Effect's Doubling -> 382.5? Or does Strong Jaw or Choice Band come after the doubling? I assume Rain and STAB take place after the move's own effect, so basically... What's the order of power calculation of Base, Ability, Item, Move Effect, Weather, and Terrain? Do any of them affect raw damage, or do they apply on base power calculation? (Asking because I genuinely don't know, and want to know.)

Shield Dex Entry (and the one that the original comment is referring to): Its mighty legs are capable of running at speeds exceeding 40 mph, but this Pokémon can't breathe unless it's underwater.

I know you said you would do anything in Sword and Shield as long as it’s not competitive, but I would KILL to see you learn competitive. I can just see you using the most gimmicky sets and having a blast with it.

Honestly, Competitive Pokémon with Alpharad type commentary isn't something I knew I wanted until now.

If you actually do get into competitive, this is probably the best game to do so considering A)There aren’t as many options to have to try and choose from and know how to fight, and B)They streamlined making Pokémon competitively viable by a lot. So yeah, look up some guides and stuff, it’s definitely not as hard as it used to be to get into. But yeah the tortured fish-dragon is probably one of the strongest Pokémon in the game right now, with Zacian competing. It’s insane.
