How i counted: Dancetale has both so i gave a point to each team; Glitchtale,Sagaverse and Alphaverse has two as moat powerful but i only counted it as one; Last genocide is wrong, so i didnt count towards any team; Im not sure if Naberius is a sans but i counted towards the sans team; Six bones for the non sans team; Samson isn't a sans; Sts/The figure isn't a sans;

Player is probably the strongest in basically any au (or at least 99.9% of them), because if they die they just come back and they have code manipulation to the point where they probably could erase their enemies if they wanted to just by changing their code. They could be stronger than godverse since the beings there are still made of code plus player can just undo any damage and most likely can weaken the gods, though they probably wouldn't do this immediately so the fight isn't over instantly.

Player didn't show any of this ability's he only showed cloning, the ability to stop the influence of the player in frisk, moving data and low level timeline alteration. Also if he tries to interfiere with the timeline too much he gets kicked of the timeline.

A lot of people seem to make their sans excessively powerful, it seems. I would say Player is definitely the most powerful out of the group given they literally can't die. They are a person who has entered the game world, can make an army of themself, and has INSANE stats on their own, as well as their own coding and access to just about any magic. They literally keep seven human souls in their house

Player is the strongest because they literally have hacks. All the problems they had in UnderPlayer were caused by the fact they were trying to go far beyond what any other AU's characters were, they were trying to force reality to allow something never intended to exist, a story beyond the end of the game. Meaning, depending on how you see it, they battled the universe itself and won. Thus why I agree they are the strongest. However, of course, trying to determine what character is strongest between AUs is a bit silly, due to the fact that in many AUs a significant part of a character's power and weaknesses come from the nature of their world. For example, in a world where there was no one making sure that Player couldn't go too far outside of the limits of the world, they would be more powerful than any other character, simply because A:they are outside the world meaning they can't really loose, B: They have full and ultimate control over SAVE, as they can force a save without needing anything else, such as save stars, and can jump between timelines/worldlines, as well as a vast array of world manipulation glitches and cheats they have access to. Basically, UnderPlayer wasn't WRITTEN for a fight, and there is a very good reason there are no actual fights in the series. Player is not a character who is designed to be fair or balanced, they are designed to be part of a fun story. But in the theoretical situation where they end up in another AU without anything forcing them to follow the storyline(Which would make sense because most AUs don't follow the story anyway) they would pretty much automatically be the most powerful due to the fact they themselves are outside the game. CopyPasting this here to explain how and why Player is so powerful, and why that isn't actually a bad thing.

I'd disagree with Fatal Error being the strongest in his own comic since the creator themselves said the only reason Error lost is because he didn't take FE seriously in the slightest until it was too late. If he did take him seriously FE would stand no chance at victory.

Im so tired of this debate like the issue is that the creator has been very vague with his one comment which is fatal won cos error was distracted but that doesn’t mean thats the only reason way he won like the creator isn’t making a power level video lmao he isn’t thinking of it that way. Also an other issue is how can you write a story where error wins cos think about it they have practically the same abilities so when they fight its not like one can’t defend against the another and fatal error has infinite stamina and hp and can survive a universe capable on the inside which error cant do. so basically scenario 1 (best case scenario for error) he deals a critical hit to fatal and fatal gets temporary knocked out then he goes for the final hit but THEN fatal error destroys the universe automatically from the inside which he does if hes been hit badly and error has to run or he dies cos he can’t survive that. Scenario 2 (no one gets a big hit) fatal wins in the end cos mate infinite stamina and hp is insane in the end even error stamina would run out and if error cant do a huge amount of damage then every hit will do pretty much nothing and error will lose scenario 3 (fatal error wins) there is a dumb decision on who has better hax but fatal error is a lot more unpredictable this scenario is kinda of what happened in the comics where error gets hit badly and could potentially die if fatal doesn’t have a freak out. Something you also got to understand this is really early on in the time line of both of these characters fatal has no clue what is happening and error hasn’t been trained by error 404 these are the canon versions of these characters but my point is its hard to make a scenario where error wins in every one he runs or dies and if the creator wants him to be weaker then why did he make his character this strong doesn’t make sense and the truth is he doesn’t think of it that way. But sorry for making this I’ve just seen this debate for years and wanted to say my opinion.😂 base error just doesn’t have the ability to get past fatal error infinite hp

@@alternateam6315 Nah not true, after he got up he pelted Undyne + her guard with bones and restrained her with them as he exploded 2 guards heads and killed a few others with bone shrapnal, afterwards he broke down the cores steel metal door, lombotomized Alphy's, destroyed the cores core with one bonezone and teleported from the Core to Snowdin. With all this in mind you can't really say he ran/escaped her, Undyne was really the one who escaped him. ONE head explosion OR core sized bonezone being used would've fucking MAULED her, not to mention its shown in the comic that she is unwilling to start ANY fights if Sans is around... she went from almost kidnapping Aliza to swimming her ass right back to hotland.

it also funny because to beat it you must kill it or spare it maybe but in genocide technically it makes u da strong

First of all, Everything sans is quite literally the WEAKEST sans. He is just a tool used by the king. He cant attack anything. The only thing he has going for him is that he only dies when his creator does. (King Godverse.) And VHS sans is also very weak. Honestly like fell sans level.

I will die on the hill when it comes to undertale asriel being the strongest, his stats are literally infinity, his emotions were also preventing him from going all out unlike omega flowey who had none. And considering how omega flowey has feats of crashing your literal game, taking control of the timeline to the point it breaks the 4th wall, and throwing literally what I can only assume to be actual like crazy powerful missiles, then i’d say asriel’s feats scale even higher than this I mean the guy even came back for a round 2 in the credits and gave you infinite HP because he wanted to have fun. His hyper goner attack was enough to purge an entire timeline, He can take control of other monsters to make them forget others and attack blindingly and he could probably do the same with the human souls considering how omega flowey was able to do so easily. My man has a second form called god of hyperdeath, he was not going all out I see people saying how chara can erase timelines and such but I’m sorry this is the power of 7 human souls, chara couldn’t break the barrier even if they wanted to which is why they got mad at flowey when the shattered asgore’s soul at the end. Asriel vs. Chara and most of the people on this list would be a very unfair fight as my man cannot even take damage. Toby Fox coded him this way and made him the final boss as a reasons as my goat is literally the deltarune itself look at the way he’s built. He’s basically the equivalent of Jesus Christ to monster kind lol but yeah enough yapping I think I made my point

A few corrections for this tier list… One: Horrortale undyne is most likely the most powerful…knowing that she easily overpowered sans and took his magic eye to fuel the core in horrortale is a pretty good feat. Two: Killer only murdered chara in a stranger, alternate timeline…but in the main timeline…they are more powerful…otherwise…what use would killers A SOUL FOR A SOUL ability have? Three: delta is the strongest of ultratale in fighting ability…but ultratale chara has him beat in raw power…they really shouldn’t play with their food…and thats exactly what happened with delta…who managed to beat them. 4: in the vs hardtale animation by Ceddrawsnear (hardtales creator), frisk managed to overpower hardtale sans…not sure if he was at full power…but frisk did win, so its the safest option to choose hardtale frisk 5: gaster is the strongest of last breath…sans would’ve been dead by phase 1 if it werent for gaster. 6: its either asgore or corrupted reaper chara for reapertale…it could be either one…We dont know too many of asgores feats in reapertale. (Also, in my opinion, UT charas design is better then underswap frisks)

Fun fact if you are like me and when the character came on the screen you knew their hole au/story its time to go study/sleep

I think we can say though that sans may be the strongest in reaper tale because i mean he is the grim reaper, the god of death etc

To be fair, with new Aus appearing, the creator of said new Aus could make one of their characters the new strongest. Also I did not know of some of the Aus in this video so shows there’s definitely a lot of them. Creators like myself just pop up from anywhere.

This is the strongest in each individual AU/story, not the strongest in general

For underverse, I would definitely say that Fatal error is the strongest if we aren’t counting XTale members. He beat the crap out of Cross and Ink and he was holding back. The only reason he was “defeated” was because XGaster didn’t realise Fatal was coming for him and just decided to kill Cross. Error definitely isn’t the strongest because he keeps getting beaten in 0.7. Though one could argue Fresh is the strongest because he hasn’t been beaten once and he knows the most about what’s going on, as seen in his “fight” with Ink

If you really think about it player cant be hurt nor erased since she is in the real world hence called player she could come back over and over again even if deleted just like lets say you got banned on a game you can still go back as a new account but player is a hacker so she can just easily get her power back after getting deleted though it would still be hard to defeat the others in the video but hey who knows

But yeah in her verse which is normal Undertale she is the strongest she just can't change the world massively since she would get kicked out but I think she fixed it since she confronted gaster at the end and locking and imprisoning gaster is a feat since gaster was the one rulling the world in Undertale stated by player ofc gaster made the rules boundaries etc

We're talking about the strongest character, so in AUs like glitchtale Hate is stronger than Asriel and Chara, but not to them both at the same time. And, I mean, if the human killed Disbelief, doesn't that make them more powerful?

imo a lot of the ones like Dust/Disbelief/LastBreath should still go to Frisk/Chara/the player, whoever it is in the specific story as they eventually win Reapertale should also go to Chara, Asgore hasn't done anything in the story Something New could be Nightmare if you count him

@@metal42 From the AskDust blog (the canon for Murder!Sans) there is no certain ending. But Murder!Sans has no way to permanently kill or stop Frisk/the player, so I'd say they're stronger

Ok so for HELP_Tale its hard to tell whos the strongest. I'd say Xx_FRESHSANS_xX would be the strongest. If not it would be Fr_sk in a "genocide" route

The only AUs I'm familiar with are Underswap, Underfell, Errortale (?), Glitchtale (?), Horrotale and Echotale. Because of the Sans and Papyrus.
