As a person from vietnam i would like to add some information 1: Child mariaged is prohibited and severe penaties will be enforced, however in several underdeveloped parts for example the north west mountains or Tay Nguyen still practice this as folks believes due to religous reason and unfortunate backgrounds. Until now the rate of child marriage has dropped significantly but they are still exist and harder to find 2: The definition of pedo of the Vietnamese people is quite concerning considering that a 10 years old age gap is a TOTALLY NORMAL THING in marriage. It's okay for someone to like someone who is 7 years older than them. For example, If I'm a 14 year old boy and she is a 21 year old woman. If i started to have a liking to her looks and personality and so did she. Then everything is cool and it's actually a good relationship.
