The strawberry dessert everyone is looking for! Dessert in 5 minutes
Savoyard Cookies - 200 grams ≈ 7 oz
Cream Cheese - 400g ≈ 14 oz
Mascarpone - 500g ≈ 17.6 oz
White Chocolate - 200g ≈ 7oz
Strawberries - 8 pieces
Milk - 100 ml ≈ 3.4 fl oz
Sugar - 300g ≈ 1 1/2 cups
Vanilla
Mix the mascarpone cream with 150g sugar and a little vanilla. We do the same with the cream cheese, mix it with 150g sugar and vanilla. We put them in a larger bowl and homogenize both creams.
Melt white chocolate, cut a few strawberry slices.
We use a baking sheet with removable edges. We soak the piscotti in milk and arrange them in a row on the edge of the pan, we do the same and place them on the bottom of the pan, we put a generous layer of cream on top, finishing with strawberries and white chocolate in the rain. We'll take the order again. Finally, pour white chocolate over the top in a thick, even layer, decorate with cream and strawberries.
