E RamCrom knuckle puck and real friends literally do put out the same exact song but TSSF changes with.every album. Under soil and dirt was what most would say their purest pop punk album, What you don't see (my favorite one) is so different. Fast paced, energetic, angsty and tempo changes, self titled leaned a little more to the punk side. But I can see what you're coming from with their lyrics, but sound wise I disagree.

THIS is the type of punk I live for. Nothing these days is this sort of heavy. It's unique but so raw and powerful. It vibrates through my body and I feel it with everything. The Story So Far are not a force to be reckoned with.

This is the result of easycore popping up as a genre in the late 2000s. Bands like four year strong and chunk no captain chunk. The main difference is the lead singer who i would consider to be perfect in so far as the genre is concerned

This song is just a flat out banger, didn't even have to grow on me like their self-titled which is bizarre cause it sounds like it could literally be on that album. Love the new album's direction kinda sticking in that softer vibe zone that came a few years after What You Don't See, although that album was my shit when I was 21.

i think the proper dose version is meant to be a bit more "pop"

I wish this was the production style for the full album. Regardless, this HAS to be up there with The Glass, Quicksand, How You Are, Mt Diablo, etc.. all the epic pop punk jams of the century.

Cause I am all that you need, The hunger I feed, My loaded gun Always sore in my in my back from the spine that I lack to really be done It's crazy how with every release these guys will hit you hard to some degree. The second verse really hits home for me, been about a year since my ex and I broke up and took a long time for either of us to be alright from it, trying to stay friends is still a challenge sometimes. I'm seeing someone new now, have been for just over 2 months and am back here in my hometown for the week and the first person I hungout with the day I got home was my ex. Regardless of why it didn't work out the first time I don't think it's still the case anymore, we had a few moments that night and I don't believe it's the end of the story for us both. We're both on very different paths in our lives right now and when we were together we were ready for certain things and at the same time not ready for other things. I believe time will see things play out the way they should, whatever outcome that may be. I don't believe it's the end for us and after that night I don't think she does either, just gotta let life happen. Not one for sharing personal stuff like this online but this song just brings those feelings out

This topped the KP single today for sure, but they are both jams.

It's refreshing to that little bit of cymbal-bleed in the snare mic. You don't really hear much of that these days thanks to all the high tech studio-production. This track brings me back down to earth.
