Never be saddened by your name, surely this is a test from Allah

When Yusuf peace be upon him said I’m your brother to the 11th brother, I literally teared up. Man the religion Islam saved me. I can never thank Allah SWT enough for his doings. The teaching of Mohamed PBUH keeps me sane and makes me remember to always do the right thing. Allah Akbar. 🤲🏽 ☪️

Subahanallah, how many of us if we were to be unjustly put in prison would start blaming Allah? But what did yusuf (AS) do? He had patience with Allah and knew Allah had a better plan. And what happened? After having patience with Allah, Allah rewarded him and made him a king. It goes to show that success comes after having sabr, and the harder the test the better the rewards

@@Emprator_ he didnt disobey him at all, Yusuf was innocent, the masters wife wanted to do bad things with him because of how beautiful he was. Because of what yusuf feared of happening to him, he prayed to God to go jail instead of getting seduced by the masters wife.

A mistake at 11:41. The Quran doesn't mention the king at that time as a Phoaroh. In the Quran the king of that time is called Aziz, and such is appropriate. The title of Phoaroh only came about later around the time of Moses in history.

Yes … al Aziz. Cos they are hyksos king. That why in Quranic story Allah correctly mentioned that king was called Al aziz. But corruptted Old testaments. (Torah)

Just a correction at 11:40 onwards. The king was known as Aziz in the Quran during Josephs/ Yusuf pbuh's time and not Pharoah. Pharaoh is mentioned later on in the Quran and was a title used later during Moses/ Musa pbuh's time. May الله forgive me any mistake a made in writing this.

Yes at this time the pharaoh was referred to as the pyramid. There is a video recently on Merciful Servant which explains this in detail. Modern historians and sources such as the encyclopaedia confirm that he rulers of Egypt were not called Pharaohs until the later Era of ancient Egypt, and this is why the Quran mentions the word Phiraun when talking about Musa AS but not Yusuf. The bible however refers to both the rulers as pharaohs which is incorrect. Alnamullilah

Jibril (Alayhi Assalam) was sent to all prophets and messengers, He is the responsible angel of wahy (revelation).

It is not mentioned in Quran or Hadith that Prophet Yusuf A.S told this dream to his brothers 1:20

Kinda because that’s his bloodline? Joseph is the son of Jacob, who is the son of Isaac, who is a son of Abraham. Ishmael isn’t part of that line, because he didn’t father Jacob. Isaac did.

They just share a common name. Joseph in Genesis and Saint Joseph, Stepfather of Jesus are two completely different figures.

There were already rumors of Yusuf AS of being predatory towards womenfolk spreading (false rumor). He was going to be put into prison regardless based on those accusations. My interpretation is that Yusuf AS preferred that over being routinely seduced.

4 Tips to gain the love of ALLAH. 1. Repentance: “Indeed Allah loves those who are constantly repentant.” (Holy Qur’an 2:222) Allah loves the repentant slave, who constantly turns back to Him, knowing He is the All-Forgiving, Most-Forgiving, the Acceptor of Repentance, the Pardoner. No matter how often one repeats a sin, and no matter how grave the sin is, one should constantly turn back to Allah. Abu Hurayrah narrated that he heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) saying, “If somebody commits a sin and then says, ‘O my Lord! I have sinned, please forgive me!’ and his Lord says, ‘My slave has known that he has a Lord who forgives sins and punishes for it, I therefore have forgiven my slave (his sins).’ Then he remains without committing any sin for a while and then again commits another sin and says, ‘O my Lord, I have committed another sin, please forgive me,’ and Allah says, ‘My slave has known that he has a Lord who forgives sins and punishes for it, I therefore have forgiven my slave (his sin).’ Then he remains without Committing any another sin for a while and then commits another sin (for the third time) and says, ‘O my Lord, I have committed another sin, please forgive me,’ and Allah says, ‘My slave has known that he has a Lord Who forgives sins and punishes for it, I therefore have forgiven My slave (his sin), he can do whatever he likes.’” (Bukhari) One should follow up a bad deed with seeking forgiveness and doing good deeds, so that the bad deed is wiped out. One should not tire of repenting to Allah. It was narrated by Anas that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “Every son of Adam commits sin, and the best of those who commit sin are those who repent.” (Ibn Majah) 2. Purification: “Indeed, Allah loves those who are constantly repentant and loves those who purify themselves.” (Holy Qur’an 2:222) Allah loves when a slave purifies himself from impurities, both major and minor. Being pure also includes being pure from shirk and sinfulness etc... 3. God-consciousness: “Indeed, Allah loves the righteous [who fear Him].” (Holy Qur’an 09:04) Often translated as God-consciousness or piety, taqwa is to protect oneself from the Hellfire by performing what has been commanded by Allah and abstaining from what has been prohibited. 4. Goodness and perfecting our good deeds: “And Allah loves the doers of good.” (Holy Qur’an 3:134) The complete verse reads, “Who spend [in the cause of Allah] during ease and hardship and who restrain anger and who pardon the people - and Allah loves the doers of good.”
