I liked the creativity of the story, however ever since Dream began making manhunts it left the community a not bad, but incorrect impression of speedruns. Normally speedrunners would have to look through tens of thousands of seeds to even get a spot in the top 1000, in RSG. In SSG it's a little quicker but also requires tons of precision and smoothness. Speedruns with friends are very uncommon, even duos being rare. Agreeing with AmethystPhoenix, this should probably not be called "The Story of Minecraft's First Manhunt". I do not blame LoreCraft but am sad to see the community become so biased after the rise of Dream's channel.

Yea, as a speed runner of Kirby and the Forgotten Land MetaKnightCup% and Interland (A flash game by Google) I feel like people don’t know that speedruning is a massive community outside of Minecraft. Ever since Dream, stars like Feinberg, (World Record Holder of All Advancments in Minecraft) and NicroVeda (First person to beat Super Mario Oddysey in under one hour, by 25 frames, in a 60fps game.) have been forgotten heavily. Like Dream doesn’t even do real speedruns and the majority of the Minecraft community recognizes him as the only speedrunner and Minecraft as the only game that has been spedrun, despite not even being the most Popular game to speedrun. It’s not even top 3! (#1 and #2 are Mario games, [one being Super Mario Oddysey, and the other being one of the first games to speedrun that was popular, Super Mario 64]and #3 is a geography quiz game called Seterra. Yeah that makes sense as speedrunning and manhunt are a bit different. For speedrunning you can do the thing where you pick the best seed, but some people just do random lol. I do love manhunt though. Play it with my friends 😂

Alternate Title: "The Story of Minecraft's First MANHUNT..." Because of the various use of the term "manhunter" or "manhunters". Seriously though, I loved this and I loved the Ender Dragon Followers' skins, disregarding the sorta... cultish nature of it all

The funny thing is, probably the oldest speedrun documented was that one fake diamond speedrun.(since ender dragon didn't exist back then)
