Sounds like his dad was probably possessed too. How can you do such evil things to someone especially your own child? Poor kid was so desperate for help and then ended up paying in the long run.

My heart breaks for the boy he was who was so desperate as to call on evil to help him deal with the evil dealt upon him. I can only imagine the doorway that was opened from that. An innocent calling on the devil to save him? I can only imagine the evil that must have attracted. There is NO doubt in my mind Maurice Therriault was possessed. And finishing his life with the ultimate sin. I will pray tonight, for God's mercy upon his soul, for he once was an innocent corrupted by the evils of a truely evil man .

Yea. And on part of the video you can see spit falling out of his mouth and when it touches his white t-shirt it instantly turned to blood. That was kinda freaky. I've had a couple of experiences with ghost's. Like hearing things. Footsteps and I swear I seen a ghost as a kid. But it didn't seem like anything was trying to hurt me. It was just there.

I feel it is very important to be aware of these things without feeding in to excessive fear. Negative energy like fear can feed those things and make them stronger. When you look at his whole life, as well as his dabbling in calling on spirits he had no idea the origin of, it is no surprise it ended badly.

Hell. No. This is not fiction. Sylvia Buck, she was the librarian in Warren fir as long as I can remember. Being I think between 7 and 10 yrs old at the time. She was not a very nice person. I think that whole town is cursed, I have never ever felt comfortable there. My daughter now lives in Warren. I call it the butthole of mother earth.

jessica sprague Well honestly, myself and my sister use to go to my grandparents house for summer vacations, actually any school vacation that was a week or more. By choice not forced. We where close to them. I remember, a girl was tossed from a car in downtown by the laundry mat ,beaten and raped. The people of Warren are just strange all together. I can’t put my finger on why I think it’s cursed, it’s a feeling , something in the air does not sit right. I lived in Warren for a number of years. I always had a feeling of never being able to leave. Like a big bubble was over the area. Than Molly Bish was taken. Live right on Pine St than, my kids where going for swimming lessons that day. Even now when I drive down rt 67, I feel my stomach turn. It has. A bad aura around the place I swear to God. Even in West Warren, where the wrights factory is And Hardwick Knitters those businesses are gone now but, those grounds are tainted with something.

Frenchie worked on my in-laws farm. A family friend once pulled up on the property and saw Frenchie riding a tractor. But at the other end of field there was Frenchie also riding a tractor. Doppelganger. This man was petrified and didn't like to talk about it. Most people who knew him believed he was possessed.

I'm six foot five 345 pounds of piss, vinegar and muscle. I had a private visitation with Lorraine at her home and watched the Maurice video in her basement. While sitting at a large oak table, I was only a few minutes into the video when I started sweating and becoming nauseous!! Watching spit come out the mouth of Maurice and turn into blood when it hit his bleach white t-shirt and tears of blood was too much for me, I had to leave the room. I have had many paranormal experiences in my life, I'm also a true Empath and have witnessed things people shouldn't see. The story of Maurice is definitely real. You couldn't pay me any amount of money to watch that video again!! The Warrens are legit and so is this story.

Hey tony !! That was a very interesting. There's one thing I can't understand about people who claim of being Christian faith, do not acknowledge that satan and demons not to be real. It never made sense to me even when I was young. All I can say to those people is satan, demons are real. Both of my parents along experienced what I refer to as " the bad guys ". Both my parents were devout Christian's along with myself. To people out there that it's ridiculous, wake up!!! My parents and myself said it was the WORST DAY in our lives. I am not easy to scare but that night was the scariest time in my life. I guess one has to experience it to really know just horrifying it is. Stay safe, stay strong and God bless my friend.

I read the book and this poor man was so tortured during his life. I pray God had and has mercy on his poor tortured soul. If you have loving parents count yourself blessed.

No telling how long this demon had been tormenting this family. It could have gone back many generations.

I believe the emotionally ill have a vulnerability to demons~ the demons can find those weak spots and enter when given the chance~ so I think he was still possessed or oppressed after the excorcism~ so sad :(

i agree with you/ i have a neice who is mentally ill and all she wants to do is sleep smoke and drink coffee all day/ but i get told im crazy for wanting to get her spiritual help /she is a lost and tormented soul/ her body is so big hardly any clothes fit her and she acts as a street person/she gave away her flat 3 babies a dog ,cat and hamster /for 9 yrs we have tried to help her but nothing has improved her situation / most services have had enough of her not going to meetings and she will not do anything to help herself/now with the covid pandemic i cant take the chance to let her in the house because of things going missing and possibly infecting her 85 yr old grandmother who still wants to let her in/i have put my foot down and said enough its too dangerous /she needs people to pray over her because i think only god can save her now /its split my family up all the distress she causes but to get her to a church it wont happen she would rather have a beer and smoke till she expires its tragic i dont think anyone understands till you experiance it your self///// god bless/and yeah demons are real for sure/////

I use to live in Warren ma. After our family moved from Lynn ma, my grandparents moved there. My grandfather witnessed things due to Frenchies situation. Their home is no longer there. I remember getting veggies from them.

I have to share this story Tony...my then husband Chris and our two dogs were walking to Whole Foods in Hollywood in Los Angeles. While we were waiting to cross the street we watched a disturbance in the air, like cellophane, it floated down the sidewalk, it stopped and superimposed itself over an unsuspecting woman standing on the corner waiting for the light. The demon saw us, I will NEVER forget what I saw, it was incredibly deformed, it stuck its"tongue" out at us, crossed its "eyes" at us and pulled at its "ears"...all without making a sound. Then it moved off the woman and floated further down the street.

The Tool soundtrack for the background music was very fitting. Isn't this the guy that was depicted in the Conjuring films? The one that Loraine saw something in him that scarred her for life. Warning to people who may want to research this more; I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST anyone trying to ask Warren residents of a certain age about Maurice or the book. They are incredibly sensitive about it and DO NOT like to discuss it at all!

I've been recently buying the books. I have the Werewolf, In a Dark Place, Satan's Harvest and The Devil Made me Do It even though I've watched the movie three times I wanted the book because I know they leave something's out. I had no idea when I bought Satan's Harvest that it was based in Massachusetts where I live. I've seen all of the Warren Movie's I was shocked and sad when I heard of Lorraine's death 🥺 Tony does such great work keeping them living on and the museum as well he keeps them well alive with everything he does.

The book was out of print for awhile. It is back in Print though. I know this because Maurice was my Step-Grandfather and I lived with him until age 7 (1985-1992).

If you watch The Nun he's in that and if you have seen the first Conjuring movie Ed and Lorraine are seen talking and showing a video of "Frenchie" Maurice in that demonstration Ed says that "Maurice shoots his wife in the arm in attempt to kill her and then turns the gun on himself".

Sir, I am still in great spiritual need. Prayer about it please.

I did the second exorcism on Maurice and his voice and face completely transformed. Crosses of blood appeared all over his body. Blood came from his mouth and eyes. When it hit his white t shirt it disappeared! When I commanded the spirit he levitated then fell to the kitchen floor. Rosary beads appeared around the room out of nothing and doors were banging and slamming on both sides of his home. There was two other Ministers with me, his wife and his son in law present as witnesses. When the spirit left he cried. It took more then one exorcism but I did the second one and father M. Did the others with Ed and Lorraine. It is all on film. Not mine as mine was an emergency and had to be done quickly to stop dangerous Phenomena. Was he possessed? Absolutely!!!

I'm curious when he went to the state hospital or the psychiatric hospital to see if there was any mental illness that could explain what was happening what exact mental illness can explain somebody being catapulted through the air by some unseen Force I don't know if any one of those that exists
