Lek hal habal mech ma32oul ma ba3ref eza bade edhak walla ebke. Hallucinations don’t leave physical marks on the body that everyone can see including the camera that took the picture of the marks ( unless the camera is also hallucinating) if he wouldn’t have those traces on his body then there is would be a chance that his brain in a way simulated that even if it’s really hard too.
