Henry in the movie The Chase playing a cop was fn brilliant ! I still quote his term "Standard Issued Street Soldier " for a cop lol ! I even wrote a song called that but my band split up before it got recorded . I wanted to even use the excerpt from the film of him saying it at the beginning . Another thing is when cassette tapes died , my first 3 CDs I bought when I got a player was Rollins Band - End of Silence , Napalm Death - Utopia Banished and Obituary - The End Complete . I remember it like it was yesterday !

I saw them live in England in 1981, and was pretty appreciative, though admittedly maybe not enough. But had they asked me, I'd have bought them a bag of chips each. Well, if I had enough money, which I maybe didn't. I saw them about 14 months later too. More appreciative then, though still together with a small crowd.

Back in high school around 85'-86', of course all of us freaks were in bands, that sucked, but we had the connections to get tix to all the shows or someone always knew the door guy at the clubs who we could work a deal with (usually a big line of coca') to let us in if it was sold out. a buddy of mine got an eye gouged out at a black flag/GBH/Circle jerks (I think) show. Good times.

@@SerenityChaos1975 Actually not true. Not that one has to have done anything in order to have an opinion though. I've been familiar with Rollins work for years and I think that a lot of impressionable people are really impressed with his rantings because most people are boring followers. I respect that he kind of came from nothing and some of his musings on different bands he's passionate about but a lot of his political rantings are just the typical brainwashed misguided and delusional leftist liberal nonsense that has little to no basis in reality.
