Daniele Ryes is such a Queen. She deserved to win that season. Plus I miss old BB when it was all about strategy rather than showmances and models.

When I auditioned for bbcan I was interviewed by Robyn Kass, and when she asked who our favourite players were, I of course said Danielle. Robyn said every year there's still at least a few people who say that; she's such a legend.

Danielle changed the game forever: because of her, evicted players no longer get to see the diary room footage when they leave the house.

This is why Jurors aren't allowed to watch the show after they're evicted

@@funkycrawler619 What is your evidence of this? Like, what votes does she get if the jury is sequestered? The biggest force working against Danielle in the jury was Roddy and he hated Danielle before he ever left the house. Lisa played a better overall game, socially and strategically. Danielle chose to go to the end with not one but two people who she knew she couldn't win against, plain and simple. This notion that Danielle had these horrible DRs against her fellow HGs is also a myth pushed by people who don't remember the season. Her DRs weren't as bad others in her season like Marcellas, Josh, and Chiara. And compared to the very next season with people like Jun, Allison, and Robert - Danielle looked like an angel in the DR. If anything, her DRs made her look like a better player (production definitely pushed this) than she actually was.

@@shanexyz3972 She was arrogant. It has been said that my interviews from players. She also was a great player, given that she was socially safe all the time and had the final say who had to go in multiple cases. Danielle did indeed have a better shot against Lisa than Jason, but it would not have been a blow out had her DRs not been shown. It's not a myth, interviews have confirmed it was the case.

Danielle is the most underrated big brother player in my opinion. A robbed legend.

🌸 I don't watch "reality" tv, however I did watch bb back in the day, and I remember how awesome she was, and how I literally cried when she lost to such a bitter "this black chick, that outsmarted us all, and made is look like fools" jury!! I hope they all (except Jason), cannot sleep at night !!

It feels so much more adult to me. Even from the graphics and the setting. BB21 looks and feels juvenile and puerile, along with the weak and childish bullying and attacks and terrible strategy. BB needs to go back to its roots and get more cunning gameplayers.

I clicked on this video so fast!!! Danielle Reyes is by far one of my favourite houseguests ever! She really brought the Survivor strategy mindset to the Big Brother house, and I love her for it.

Danielle trickery with the Chiara vote was not the biggest move in BB history, but it was hands down one of the smoothest! BB legend!

100% the best player to never win. I love these videos focused on one person!

The only season that made me shed actual tears - during the last episode...Jason speaking to Danielle during the jury interrogation 😭😭. Danielle is my all time favorite and her alliance with Jason was unlike anything we have seen to this day. You felt their love for each other.

Everyone knew that Danielle deserved to win that season. Which is why the jury house was created. Marcellus and Roddy were both so damn bitter it was disgusting. They both led the charge against Danielle with jury. And both had even bragged that they convinced everyone who was waffling to give Lisa the money.

One of the best players of all time. They should start showing your videos in sequester instead of bb16

Danielle played an amazing game but not only that, she was supremely entertaining. The mvp of the season. One of the best players. Wether she ended up winning or not (and I wish she had) she made great television and thats the ultimate win.

As someone who knows season 3 SUPER well, Danielle will always be a top player. She should have gotten more respect. REALLY well done video!

This was back when they had a cast who actually wanted to win the game and not trying to get famous. They also had a mixture of older and younger players which makes a difference.

Fun fact that bb24 winner Taylor walked out of the house the sane night 20 years that Danielle walked in. Always loved her countdown and sign language raddy rivalry.

I am so excited for this deep dive! Danielle is my hands-down favorite BB player of all time. BB3 was my first season, and the complexity of her gameplay was lost on me as a kid.

You made an excellent point about how players - especially those on the outside of larger alliances - were able to read people better in earlier seasons. I have a theory that it's for two main reasons: 1) The show casts "types" more often nowadays with a lot of similar personalities. The lack of diversity makes groupthink more of a possibility and the ability to suss out individual, unique gameplay more difficult. 2) The abundance of twists and powers make players concentrate more on playing defensively to avoid those traps as opposed to caring about individuals. How often have we heard players spend hours if not days worrying about who has a power, if someone is secretly America's Player, etc.? Both scenarios speak to how this game has gotten lost in its own weeds. Big Brother is so much more about the game itself and your place within the structure than it is about the individual people. They control the machinations far less than back in the day when all you had to worry about outside of the bare-bones structure of the game was a potential veto re-nom and maybe a revive-a-hamster. Yet another reasons why the best way to rejuvenate the game would be a back-to-basics season.

I'm one of those people who believe juries have a right to be bitter and think if a jury is bitter against someone and they don't vote for that person to win, then that person didn't deserve to win because jury management is part of the game. BUT this is the ONLY instance in which I think the bitter jury was, in fact, unfair and Danielle DEFINITELY deserved to win. Because most of the people that were voted out of that house STILL LIKED Danielle when they were voted out and said they were rooting for her to win. Which means she managed the jury JUST FINE. Their opinions only changed when they watched the show and saw just how badly they had been played AND after (I'm sure) Roddy got in everyone's minds because HE was just so bitter that he was outplayed.

I'm watching this in amazement of how much better BB3 is compared to 15 and 21. Danielle one of the best players ever was robbed. Producers need to look back and see what they did right in their casting of these people and how to get back to that.

Seen up to BB8, only Eric and maybe Danielle, were the most robbed.

What’s sad is that almost everyone that left said in the Julie interview that they wanted Danielle to win.
