Are designer work separate from contractor ? I mean if i need a plan for my house with expert of respective field so do they provide me with the plan or i hve to on board them with their service? Dont have any idea in construction field most of the designer i meet they want a contract of entier project.. and they add thier commission everywhere and bump up the cost of project.. And please also let me know whom should i consult for my residential construction plan?
